One bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds (they can be put side by side), kitchen, living room (with a comfortable sofa bed), bathroom and balcony with a view of the pool area and sun throughout the day.

We got a rooftop area with chill-out, 2 sunbeds, 2 BBQs and 3 large tables to eat outside, as well as an area to hang out your clothes to dry them out
Activities
The beach of Castelldefels is the city’s hotspot! 11km of white sand, calm seas and all sorts of facilities, from showers and hammocks to beach bars in which to enjoy a light meal or a drink… It is the perfect place in which to practice all sorts of water sports: kitesurfing, windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, etc. Very near our apartments you’ll find the Castelldefels Sailing Club, which offers a wide variety of sailing and marine activities.
Less than 500 metres from us is the Olympic Channel, which was used for the rowing activities of the 1992 Barcelona Olympics. Today it is a place for kayaking, waterskiing, cycling, jogging or playing 9-hole golf (Par 3). It also has a gym, a restaurant and much more.
2km from us is another water sports club, the Club Marítimo, and 5km away, a marina called Port Ginesta; here you’ll see many docked boats and a great many restaurants and terraces with a wide variety of high-quality gastronomy in a relaxing environment.
The apartments have 2-bedrooms (one with a large bed (for 2), another bedroom with 2 single beds, and a comfortable and large sofabed at the living room......total 1 to 5/6 people) and are located 450 meters (10-12 minutes’ walk) from the beach and from the village. You find plenty of restaurants, shops and varied services in both areas. Also we are located 18 Km (11 miles) south from Barcelona, 10 Km (6 miles) from airport and 15 Km (9 miles) north from Sitges. Bus and train connection are available every half an hour and bus and train stations are closer than 10-12 minutes’ walk from the apartments as well. Reservation is confirmed via 20% prepayment via bank transfer or credit card payment (VISA/MASTERCARD)
Rest of payment is done at your arrival at the apartments (strongly appreciated to be done in CASH)
The guest can cancel the reservation for free up to 30 days before the arrival date. The guest will have to pay 50% of the total price if she/he cancels during the 30 days before the arrival date and the total price of the reservation if she/he cancels during the 15 days before the arrival date.
