Apartments More are located in the heart of Dubrovnik Old Town, in two renovated stone buildings. Our apartments benefit from being uniquely situated in two flat side streets just 15 meters off the Stradun – Dubrovnik's vibrant main street (pedestrian area) - with easy access to all local attractions, sights, restaurants, cafés and shops, which all make Apartments More an ideal base to explore the Old City centre, as well as nearby islands and towns.

Dubrovnik Old Town, a historical centre of Dubrovnik, is a unique place to visit – with its city walls 1940 meters long with 6 fortresses, with Stradun – its main street and its side streets, buildings, monuments, famous Dubrovnik’s rooftops…which all bring to life the spirit of famous Republic of Ragusa (The Dubrovnik Republic). The Dubrovnik Republic was established in 1358, and lasted for almost 500 years. It was one of the strongest maritime trade forces of its time.

Maybe not everything in the Old Town is authentic due to the changes our time has brought to us, but the stone buildings, streets, churches, museums… they have all kept, with enormous human effort, their facades identical to those of the past times. Of course, for example, the interior of churches has been preserved to the extent it could be preserved. Much of the Old Town was ruined in the big earthquake in 1667, but it rose again. It only shows the incredible will and strength of its citizens to save their city. That spirit lives on.

Dubrovnik Old Town was inscribed on UNESCO World Heritage List in 1979.

It is beyond impossible to even try and capture a piece of its vast history and glory here, on our website. So we won’t try to. ACCOMMODATION

Apartments More consist of two houses:

The house at Petilovrijenci 1 street consist of three apartments in an authentic recently renovated 1667 stone building:
2 Deluxe one bedroom apartments located on the 1st and 2nd floor, and
1 Superior one bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor (attic).

 
The house at Palmotićeva 2 street, a city palace in former ownership from the respected Vodopić family, with unique well with carved crest in the lobby, consist of:
2 Deluxe Suites located on the 1st and 2nd floor,
2 Deluxe Double Rooms located on the 1st and 2nd floor, and
2 Studio Apartments located on the 3rd floor. 

The reception, for all apartments, is located in Palmotićeva 2 Street. It features a 24-hour business section with free Wi-Fi Internet access, and is also suitable for storing luggage in case of early check-in/late check-out.

We must mention that due to the fact that the Old City is on UNESCO World Heritage List, every construction work in the Old City is a subject to strict control, rules and guidelines. The aim is to preserve the look of the Old City’s buildings and streets, and its general appearance as much as possible, savouring its history and marvellous architecture. Therefore, there are no lifts in our buildings.

DELUXE APARTMENT

56 m2 deluxe suites are our most spacious suites in the Old City suitable for 4 people. They consist of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. Especially attractive is their view of the main promenade Stradun – all of Dubrovnik’s streets flow into it and all its house fronts face it. There’s some charm in leaning on the window and just watching the people go by.

Deluxe suites are situated on the 1st and 2nd floor, furnished with wooden floors throughout the apartment, except for the tiled floors in kitchen area and bathroom.

DELUXE DOUBLE ROOMS

Deluxe double rooms are spacious rooms (27m2) on 2 levels suitable for up to 2 people. They are located on the 1st and 2nd floor with street view, for most urban experience of the Old City of Dubrovnik. Deluxe double rooms contain 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a small living room on the upper level.

STUDIO APARTMENTS

On the 3rd floor of our house in Palmotićeva Street we offer two 34 m2 studio apartments suitable for 2 people, both consisting of a bedroom with kitchen and living area, a bathroom and the most amazing view of specific orange colour rooftops.

DELUXE ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT

Deluxe one bedroom apartments house a spacious open-plan, air-conditioned living room with dining and fully-equipped kitchen areas combined, an “en-suite bathroom” with shower and toilet, and a separate air-conditioned bedroom with antique furniture. Apartments are situated on the 1st and 2nd floor, fully furnished with wooden floors, except for the tiled floors in the kitchen area and bathroom. Soundproof double-glazed windows with both interior and exterior wooden shutters ensure relaxation and privacy.

Apartments are furnished with both antique furniture and modern designer pieces, and equipped with modern facilities.

SUPERIOR ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT

Superior one bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor (attic) and it is furnished and equipped with modern facilities. It is the pefect choice for anyone who wants to have the comfort of a completely furnished apartment on the trip.

LOCATION

Apartments More are located in the heart of Dubrovnik Old Town, in flat streets Petilovrijenci 1 and Palmotićeva 2, just a few streets away from one another. They are only 15 meters off the main street of the Old Town, Stradun (pronounced [strǎduːn]), with easy access to all the local attractions, restaurants, cafés and shops. Beautiful Banje beach is a 10-minute walk away from the apartments.

The reception for both buildings is located in our building in Palmotićeva 2 street, with free Wi-Fi Internet access and a possibility of storing luggage in case of early check-in or late check-out.

Apartments More can be reached from Dubrovnik central bus station and ferry terminal in 15 minutes by public transport or taxi. It will take you approximately 30 minutes, depending on the traffic, to get to the Old City from the Dubrovnik Airport by either shuttle bus or by taxi.

Parking is available in a multi-level public parking garage located some 15-minute walking distance from the apartment buildings. However, reservation is not possible.
