Our pygmy goats, sheep, Shetland ponies, giant Flemish rabbits, chickens, ducks, birds are an extra asset for the children. The animals enjoy the many hugs.

Youth residence type A with Flanders Tourism Agency and valid fire brigade certificate. Cook yourself From 1/1/2019 beds with mattress, pillow and blanket for rent (price: see prices below + 5.00 € per bed per night) Self-cleaning (good brushing is necessary. If not good, an amount between 25.00 € and 200.00 € will be charged according to the cleanliness of the building and grounds)

July and August: 480.00 € (building from 1-110 p) fixed daily price 2.00 € (meadow for tents 111-310 p) per person per night weekend and all other periods: 250.00 € per night (1-50 p) = fixed minimum price 5.00 € per person per night (building 51-110p) 2.00 € per person per night (meadow for tents 111-310p) Waste, electricity, water, fuel oil is to be paid according to your own consumption
Arrival and departure :
On the day of arrival, the camp site can be occupied from 3 pm at the earliest. On the day of departure, you must leave the room and the premises by 12:00 at the latest. If this rule is not complied with, an additional cost of € 50.00 per hour will be charged.
At the start of the period of use, De Landelijke Omheining draws up an inventory and the condition of the buildings, together with the user responsible. The same is done on the day of departure. The group can only leave after an inspection of the building and the grounds and after drawing up the invoice with the person responsible for renting.
Tents:
Placing tents is allowed on the sites. Wells and canals may be made in consultation with the landlords. The grounds are left in their original and neat condition at the end of the camp.
Parking: No parking is provided. Only the agricultural road or driveway of the camping farm can be used for loading and unloading materials.
Smoking:
We like to keep the site clean for others. Cigarette butts all belong in one bucket and NOT ON THE GROUND. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
Maintenance:
The building must always be kept clean. After the period of use, everything must be returned to its original condition, ie the premises and sanitary areas must be swept / mopped / sanded, chairs and tables in place according to the plan and the grounds must be left clean.
In the event of cancellation, none of the amounts already paid can be refunded, with the exception of the advance.
