Lauku Kurorts : Rural Resort with the holiday house

The development path of the Rural Resort began with the holiday house. The holiday home welcomed its first guests in 2014. The first big celebration was a friend's wedding. Since then, the holiday home has organized many different events - weddings, birthdays, corporate, camps and other important events in the lives of our guests. The greatest honor and appreciation for us - to see our guests return! We would like to thank you very much for that!

The holiday house has a banquet hall, which can accommodate up to 40 guests, a kitchen equipped with all necessary kitchen equipment, 30 beds, 11 rooms, 4 toilets, 3 showers, a large terrace on the 1st and 2nd floor of the building, paved area, children's playground, car parking. In summer it is possible to swim in the pond.

Large ballroom

We realized that we need Halle in the second season of the Rural Resort, when the guests, coming to us, said: the rooms are beautiful, but the places are still too little. We listened to the feedback of the guests and decided to build a large hall so that there would be enough space for everyone. That's how we met our spacious country-style Hall.

The hall is located next to the Holiday House and can accommodate up to 100 people. Can be used in the warm season of the year, from the beginning of May to the end of September.

Sauna

The sauna was built in a special place, where we planned to build an exclusive sauna with a pool in the middle (we have not abandoned this concept yet;)). When we started to implement the project in the intended place, we understand that the task will not be technically easy to accomplish. We closed the pool pit and made a separate sauna. To allow guests to enjoy the great view of the pond, we built a large shop window in the sauna house. The idea was crowned with success and now, relaxing in the sauna, there is a great view of the pond and its surroundings :)

The sauna is heated with firewood and the capacity of the house is up to 10 people. Our sauna has already been loved and recognized as good by the "Sauna School", which often organizes training for bathers directly with us.

Sauna house

The sauna house is built next to the sauna, but as a separate house. Such a solution protects the house from the ingress of moist air in the sauna and creates more comfortable conditions for those who do not go to the sauna. The sauna house is suitable for smaller celebrations. It will be comfortable for up to 15 people and usually the house is used together with a sauna (according to its name);)

Camping

When the construction of the large Hall was completed, the need for extra beds also arose. It was decided to build small houses, which, if necessary, could accommodate small companies or families who have come to enjoy a holiday in the Rural Resort.

The camping house has 2 rooms (each with 4 beds), anteroom, toilets, shower, terrace, exit to the pond. In total we have 3 cottages. The houses are separated from each other by a large wall of land so that you can enjoy the rest undisturbed.

PIK-NIK houses

 
Pik-Nik houses were built for guests who do not stay overnight at the Country Resort, but come to us during the day. The houses allow you to celebrate the holidays in your company in the active recreation area.

Up to 20 people will feel comfortable in the house. The house is equipped with electricity, barbecue, cold water. The houses are designed for parties without overnight stays. Available all year round, without water in winter.
