Casa Suzanne is situated in a peaceful location in the sought after area of La Colina on the edge of the golf course (100 meters), 10 - 15 minutes walk from the Atlantico centre with supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants, the beach and sea. It is 20 - 25 more minutes walk to the town centre. It has a large shared pool (30 meters long) and children's pool.

There are 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 people 2 with balconies with table and chairs, wardrobes and ceiling fans. (Cot, high chair etc also provided), lounge, dining room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms both with shower and one with a bath. Outside there is a spacious terrace with a large BBQ, table, chairs, 6 sun loungers, a massive Jacuzzi and a small garden with off street parking (although everyone parks on the road). It is just 10km from the airport and transfers are easily arranged.

Costa Caleta is underdeveloped with no high rise buildings and is never crowded. It provides easy access to the rest of the island including its green centre and the mountains as well as ferry crossings to the other islands in the Canaries. It has, of course a great climate - warmer that mainland Europe in winter and not as hot in summer. The Golf course, which recently hosted the Spanish Open is a 5 minute walk away. For those who want a quiet relaxing time or walking it is ideal.

For those who want more to do, the activities include many sea sports, camel rides, crazy golf and cycling. Buses are cheap in the resort including a free bus from the Atlantico Centre to the Golf Course and to the zoo in the south of the island. . The beach offers either chargeable umbrellas and loungers or a free area. We provide a cool box and ice packs for a picnic and a wind break. Being close to the golf course we are delighted to advise that the the entrance is 100 yards away between the 17th green and the 18th tee. You can book tee times in advance either for morning, afternoon or evening rounds.A large jacuzzi is also installed with under water iighting.

Payment Policy
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. Check in after: 4:00 PM Check out before: 11:00 AM Booking Notes: 25% payable on booking. 75% payable 6 weeks befre arrival. A deposit of £100 or 150 euros or is payable on arrival (cash only). The deposit is refundable when you leave. Loss of key 25 euros. Rates for Christmas and new year 2016/7 £500 per week We will provide a map if you come by car or meet you at the airport. As a special offer you can book the christmas and new year weeks together at £425 per week (total £850 rather than £500 for each week (total £1000. Changeover Day: Normal leaving time is 10.00am and check in 3pm but if no new arrival is expected you can stay longer if your departure flight is later in the day. Arrange locally with Shelagh Notes on prices: Deposit of £100 or 150 Euro payable on arrival refundable after check of property before you leave. Lost keys charged at 25 Euro.
Cancellation Policy
100% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in. No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.

We had a great week at the villa. There is enough room for 4 adults and 3 kids. Well equiped kitchen, whirpool, nice patio, quiet neighborhood, enough parking posibilities etc. Thank you Graham & Shelagh for your helpful advices. We hope to come and stay again one day

Arrived to find the villa in lovely condition, well maintained and accomodated our entire family of 4 adults and 3 children. good communication with owner ensured everything upto our expectations and the welcome pack was great, thanks to manager of property being ready for our arrival. Location so convenient for the communal pool which was just busy enough for our grandchildren to make new friends. outdoor barbeque was a plus and plenty of sun-beds, towels and very well equippd kitchen. we will definitely stay here again

Superb spacious villa which is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The owner went the extra mile to ensure a most pleasant holiday, offering advice and his recommendations on places to visit, restaurants to eat in, shopping and entertainment. The on site manager was also incredibly helpful and very friendly, nothing was a problem to her. A lovely place to relax and recharge the batteries. We would highly recommend a visit as you will not be disappointed.

This is a lovely well equipped villa with three good size bedrooms and a sea view. The owner is helpful, providing lots of useful information to help you to plan your stay before you leave home. It is in a great location and if you don't fancy the walk back the taxi's are only 3-5 euros, depending if you are travelling back from the supermarket, the town or beach. I'd highly recommended a stay at Casa Suzanne. It is great for 2-3 couples or a family with children. Shelagh collected us from the airport (25 Euros return trip) and showed us round the villa, she is very helpful and good fun. She is around if you need help or advice during your stay.

Had a fabulous two weeks her temperatures where really hot. Loads of space in the villa and great having the hot tub would deffo return. Garden gets the sun all day the pool is lovely and clean and not at all busy. Was clean and Shelagh was an absolute star thanks for everything.

The property is very spacious and caters for all your needs. It is located in a quiet, mostly residential street and perfect for families or couples wanting a relaxing break! Very good layout and very clean with all the 'bits' you need; cooking equipment and even a cool box for the beach! It is very conveniently situated for the lovely, clean residents pool and a two minute drive to the lovely beaches of caleta (where there's plenty of parking). Graham provided excellent directions and 'tips' for our stay before we left the UK and Sheila was very helpful and easy to contact throughout the stay (if needed). Travelling as a family we found plenty of activities to keep us entertained from beginning to end. The bars and restaurants around Caleta are all very reasonably priced and very welcoming and attentive. We will definitely come back and certainly recommend the villa!!

The villa was very clean I like the way it's laid out with one bed room down stairs great if you have elderly family with you . The wifi and tv worked well as did the hot tub which was great after a day at the beach All in all a well kept villa which I would return to

House was really nice and was as shown on the website.Pool was out of order which was a huge disappointment to us all as we had a 10minute walk to the pool we were offered as an alternative. It was a 30 minute walk into the town and the house is situated on a hill so not really suitable for people with walking difficulties without a car. The owner and the lady who looks after his property for him were helpful .We had a lovely holiday but would want the pool To be working near the property and would probably hire a car if we went again.

We stayed at the property for 2 weeks it is in a lovely little location, the walk to the main supermarket which is also where one of the beaches is is about 20 mins away and to walk into Caleta where the main restaurants and bars are took about 45 mins we ended up hiring a car for half our stay in the end as the walk got a bit much with a young child although you can get a cab for about €3-4 , swimming pool was great very clean a little disappointed that the kids one was closed for the duration of our stay as my 6 year old would of loved it. Overall we had a great time though and the hot tub is a bonus too!

We stayed for a week in February 2018 – two couples. Perfect weather to explore the island in the hire car on the easy to navigate roads. Beaches are clean, restaurants are friendly, and prices are slightly lower than the UK. The villa is spacious and well equipped, with the bonus of the hot tub/jacuzzi. We did not use the pool next door. One couple slept upstairs, the other downstairs, so we each had our own bathroom. We enjoyed breakfast in the morning sunshine on the terrace, ate our BBQs on the rear balcony to make the most of the evening sun. The dining room is a good addition to use on chillier evenings. Free WiFi great and excellent mobile signal. Books, DVDs and games available too. Close to golf course. Shelagh (ex-pat) was helpful and did the airport journeys with good humour. We took a dune buggy excursion, which was great fun. Good local supermarket in walking distance with excellent range of fresh fruit and veg, cheese, fish and meat. Close to beach and short walk to marina and range of restaurants.

The villa was really spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The kids loved having the extra bedroom downstairs as their ‘chillout room’. The outdoor space was great with the hot tub being a fantastic feature we used at the end of each day. The location was ideal being right next door to the lovely large swimming pool and a brisk walk to the beach or shops each day kept us feeling fit! When you look around at prices of villas during the school holidays this one is most definitely value for money!

Had a fantastic 2 weeks at villa, our two teenagers enjoyed it so much they didn’t want to go home. Villa was clean, spacious, modern and well equipped. WiFi signal was good and relaxing in the jacuzzi in the evening was a real bonus. The swimming pool is next door, it was large and deep enough for our kids. Enjoyed sitting outside in the sunshine enjoying our breakfast in the mornings. Shelagh was fantastic, very friendly and helpful, picked us up from the airport and took us to local supermarket before dropping us off. We have been to fuerteventura before and this has been the best . Will definitely book villa again, Robert and Kam cockburn
