Between the rolling green vineyards and the rougher hills full of hazelnut trees you will find a small holiday complex: Vecchia Borgata I Muri

Embedded in the small village of Bonvicino, we welcome our guests here since 2007 to let them experience a memorable and tasteful Italian experience.

Families with children find their way here, because everything is available for total entertainment, such as the large swimming pool and various games. We facilitate for families with teenagers a top holiday during the teen weeks in which we offer extra entertainment for the youth organized by the youth. Those seeking tranquility and real Italian culture can optimally enjoy all culinary treats in the spring and autumn. I Muri also can be rented exclusively as a group accommodation for family gatherings, company trainings or groups of friends.

Casa Mario 2-6 persons

You will find the most wanted apartment on the left corner of the main building. All this because of the fantastic terrace with garden furniture and BBQ and a place with sun and shade at any time of the day.

The accommodation is spacious and has a certain luxury with many extras.
In the living room you will find the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, combi microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. You will also find a TV with satellite channels and a soundbar here.
The pallet stove warms the room in the early and late season.
There are 2 spacious bedrooms. One has a large double bed and the other has 2 beds with trundle beds. The apartment offers space for up to 6 people.

The bright bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

The apartment is completely ground floor and exudes a typical Italian atmosphere through the authentic marble tile floors and the vaulted ceilings.

Casa Rita 2-6 persons

You will find this cozy and sunny 1-floor apartment on the first floor. The comfortable terrace offers a view over the grounds with swimming pool and is equipped with garden furniture and a BBQ.

Upon entering the accommodation you are in the kitchen with dining area and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. There is also a bench here and there is a TV with satellite reception.

Through a hall you reach the bedrooms and the bathroom. This small hall houses the special-looking stove. This is authentic and shows the original way of heating in Piedmont.

The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed. The other room has 2 fixed beds with 2 trundle beds and can accommodate up to 6 people.

The bathroom was completely renovated in 2016 and exudes luxury and comfort. There is a shower, sink and toilet.

This bright house offers everything for a great holiday with lots of space and a nice, Italian atmosphere.

Casa Ines 2-5 persons

Casa Ines is located in the middle of the main building, the traditional cascina. A typical Piedmontese apartment with wooden beams and marble tile floors. The property is spacious with 4 rooms and a private terrace with lots of privacy.

You enter the accommodation through the spacious terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. The terrace is surrounded by a hedge, partly low and partly higher, so that you can choose a spot with a view of the grounds or a spot with more privacy.

Then you enter the house through the original Piedmontese front door that we have left intact. In the kitchen you will find a dining area and fully equipped kitchen with fridge. There is no dishwasher in this accommodation! Here is also the comfortable pallet stove that warms the home in the early and late season. The next room on the ground floor is a sitting room with a fireplace and a TV with satellite signal. From here you can take the stairs to the upper floor.

At the top of the stairs you enter the first bedroom with a double bed. Through a hall you come into the second bedroom with 2 single beds and a trundle bed. In addition to the regular shower, sink and toilet, the bathroom also has a children's shower and a low sink. This accommodation is therefore also suitable for families with small children and can accommodate up to 5 people.

Casa Giovanni 2-5 persons

This is what authentic Italian combined with comfort looks like! Casa Giovanni is on the right corner of the cascina. The former hayloft was completely restored in 2012 and so we added this cozy accommodation to the holiday apartments.

The apartment consists of 2 floors with the living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. There are 2 bedrooms on the upper floor. One bedroom has a double bed and the other room has 2 fixed beds with 1 trundle bed. The accommodation is therefore suitable for a maximum of 5 people.

The downstairs kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator but there is no dishwasher or oven. In the living space there is also a dining area and a seating area with a bench and a TV with satellite channels.

The bathroom is light of color and has a shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
There is a private terrace in front of the house with garden furniture and a BBQ.

A pleasant home for a wonderful holiday experience.

Chalet Beppe 2-4 persons

In a idyllic spot on the site, separate from the main building, you will find a cozy wooden chalet. Ideal for holidaymakers who want to stay close to nature, do not want the luxury of modern equipment, but appreciate privacy and a great view.

You arrive at the chalet via a small path along the swimming pool. The first thing you see here is the nice terrace with sunshade and garden furniture and then ... the amazing view over the valley all the way up to the tower of Murazzano.

You enter the chalet through the living room. Here is a bench and there is a dining area. You then arrive in the kitchen, compact but fully furnished. The chalet is fairly basic, so you will find a gas stove and fridge, but no dishwasher or oven.

There are 2 bedrooms. One has a bunk bed and a sink with cold water. The other room has a double bed and also a sink with cold water.

The bathroom has a shower and toilet.

In the afternoon it can get warm in the chalet. However, due to the location of "I Muri" it cools down considerably in the evening. Sleeping is therefore not a problem. The chalet is less suitable for families with small children when the little ones take a nap during the day.

Do you want to enjoy nature, great views and La Dolce Vita and is luxury of secondary importance? Then the chalet is a great choice for up to 4 people.

Facilities

facilitiesHoliday Park ‘I Muri’ is ideal for individual families and couples as well as larger groups. Due to the unique location and design of the park, it is easy to guarantee sufficient privacy per accommodation. The park can be rented exclusively for groups, giving you absolute privacy as a group.

During the school holiday periods (July and August) you will find mainly families on the site who have booked separately from each other - or possibly with 2 families. In the spring and autumn (May, June, September and October) we mainly rent to couples seeking tranquility and to groups, It is even possible to rent ‘I Muri’ as a retreat location with an all-inclusive program. Ideal for coaches, trainers, mentors, inspirers and companies.

The terrain of ‘I Muri’ houses 5 accommodations and the owner's home. All houses have enough space and privacy and overlook the valley to Murazzano.
Since 2016 the charme park has a new swimming pool of 12x5 m which has a prominent place in the garden which offers a lot of space.

Front desk

In the reception you will find a range of leaflets with information about nice outings, cities and museums and we are happy to inform you about good (possibly child-friendly) restaurants and special trips. Additional information folders with details about massage options, adventure sports and wine can be borrowed as a supplement to the very complete information that you receive from us in the form of an e-book when booking an accommodation.

Swimming pool

The swimming pool is open from May to October, but keep in mind that the water can be fresh early and late in the season. The depth of the pool is 1.40 m. We also offer plastic inflatable baths that you can put on your own terrace for the youngest guests.

WiFi

We offer WIFI that has a range over the entire site. The WIFI system is great, but the signal the Italian way!
We offer our guests this service free of charge.

Laundry room

In the "lavanderia" you can wash your laundry for € 4,-. You get a wash tablet for free and you can get it in the reception during opening hours. if necessary, you can use the ironing board / bolt.

Bicycles

For those who want to explore the area by bike, there are racing bikes or e-bikes available for rent in the area. We are happy to mediate in this. If you have the racing bike with you, there are special routes in the area that you can cycle yourself or, if necessary under supervision.

BBQ

All guests have a BBQ on their own private terrace.

The following facilities are only available in high season:

Bread service

During the May holidays and during the high season we have a fresh buns service. You can order buns and croissants and we deliver them (nearly) each morning to your accommodation at around 8 a.m.

Bar

hour in the morning and during the day you can get a drink from the honesty bar yourself. You can pay on departure.

Wine

In the reception we have a delicious wine cabinet. We can inform you about the local wines and the 5 wineries we work with. We have made a nice selection of wines that we heartily recommend and these are for sale in the reception as well.

Pizza Piazza

In the high season every Tuesday evening we bake pizza for our guests. For everyone over 18 we start with a wine tasting provided by a local winery. While the children enjoy themselves for a while, you can taste the wines of Piedmontese origin. After that we first treat our young guests to wonderful pizza’s and then the dads and mums may join in. We use a real Italian custom: gira pizza. A tasting of all kinds of different pizzas.

Special facilities for children during the holiday periods

In the early and late season our guests will find nothing but peace and tranquillity at I Muri. However during the May and summer holidays we create a real feast for our younger and teen guests. This way they will experience an unforgettable holiday ... and with that the parents too!
