Milverton is a fabulous cottage, newly extended and completely renovated to an exceptional standard in 2012. The setting of the cottage is second to none, wonderfully positioned, just a stone's throw away from the Menai Straits. The cottage is located in a quiet, peaceful area, with restaurants, pubs, picturesque footpaths and cycle paths and a range of water sports nearby.

Milverton is a comfortable, fully equipped, relaxing cottage with fantastic views. The four bedroom accommodation includes 2 double bedrooms, both with stunning views of the Straits, two single bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room. It also contains 2 bathrooms, with 2 showers and 1 bath, a kitchen, living room and dining room.

The living room has large French doors opening out into the garden, allowing you to enjoy the magnificent views from both inside and out. There is also gas coal effect fire to keep you cosy in the evenings.

The light and sunny cottage faces South East and is set in its own garden. The garden has its own glass wall to ensure optimum views and includes an eating area, allowing you to have a meal or enjoy a few drinks in front of the fantastic view.

I loved staying here I really didn’t want to come home. The house is very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, it has lots of crockery and cutlery, which is always useful when there are 5 of us, plenty of pans etc to cook with. Lovely view, great watching the tides change, watching the boats up and down the straits and the fishermen on the green. The location is great, only just over 20minutes to Llanberris or Newborough I loved reading how the property came into the hands of the owner, you can tell the property has an an emotional connection and is well loved rather than just a holiday home. I really don’t want to leave, I do hope we get to go back

Amazing location with fabulous view out over the Menai Strait. So much to do in the local area including the fabulous beaches on Anglesey and the mountains of Snowdonia. Cottage was beautifully clean and very well equipped. Anne was an excellent host and made everything so easy for us. Highly recommended.

This was an amazing property right on the estuary and close by to the high street with the restaurant and a few shops. The cottage has everything you needed and was very clean. Anne was also very helpful when I emailed her Would definitely stay here again with its breath taking views of the bridge and surrounding areas.

We were four friends visiting Snowdonia and opted for this property simply for the amazing views from the photos. And we were not disappointed - such fabulous views of Menai Bridge and Menai Straits! It’s a super property, well equipped kitchen and great to have a separate dining room which we thoroughly enjoyed. All the bedrooms were very comfortable, and plenty of hot water in both bathrooms. Anne was very responsive to every query we had. While we were there we needed some help with the heating as we had been caught in very heavy rain and were soaked through and cold. Both Anne and Gerald responded within minutes. Additionally, one of the group left something behind on departure. Anne and Gerald retrieved it for us and returned it to us. We had a fantastic stay. Be sure to take a walk from the property to Church Island - magical - it’s not far.
