Elia Pilio Villas are situated in a 6 acre lush grove, on the south side of Pelion. There are three independent, beautiful and modern villas, which can offer you the vacation of your dreams.

VILLAS

Villa 1 & 2 are at a distance of 50 meters apart, and at a distance of 500 meters, there is the traditional Villa 3, isolated in the center of a large olive grove with fantastic view.

Villa 1

It is an independent luxury property, approximately 110m².
It includes 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 1 loft with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms with bath, living room, kitchen.

It has one large pool (4m x 10m) and one small pool (3m x 3m) with hydromassage, counter bathing and bed for institutions.

The pools are ecological and their chemistry is automatically controlled and regulated by state-of-the-art electronic equipment.
They also have a counter-bathing system.

The whirlpool – small / swimming pool which can be used as a children’s pool has:
– 6-point hydromassage
– relaxation bed
– Cervical
– Turbo jet

Villa 2

It is an independent luxury property, approximately 110m².
It includes 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 1 loft with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms with bath, living room, kitchen.

There is one large pool (length of 25m) with counter bathing and one small pool with hydromassage& turbo jet.
The pools are ecological and their chemistry is automatically controlled and regulated by state-of-the-art electronic equipment.

LOCATION

You can reach Villas by two alternative routes, either through Agios Georgios Nilias, or via Kala Nera. Just a few kilometers away from the Villas, there are the villages Kala Nera and Milies, where you can find super markets, cash machine (ATM), restaurants, coffee shops and bars.

Pinakates Village is a real hideaway, located in Pelion slopes and has a stunning view to Pagasitikos.

It is full of stone Chapels, Churches and stone Squares, while the many cobbled streets of the village intrigue visitors to walk between the old houses and mansions.
