Villa Castelletto, situated in the scenic village of Kypseli, is a luxurious villa fully renovated. Close to nature, it's located in a quiet part of Zakynthos, away from the main tourism centers but only few minutes from beautiful beaches or the city.

Enjoy the relaxing area which includes a unique swimming pool with 2 waterfalls, 6 per.Jacuzzi, Sauna, and BBQ area. Even an outdoor fire pit!
We offer 24/hr housekeeping and maintenance service. The perfect place to relax and forget your worries.

The space

IMPORTANT: Please Note that the Villa does NOT have any shared spaces! The whole villa and amenities (swimming pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi, BBQ) are exclusive to you NO SHARING.

Villa Castelletto has 3 spacious bedrooms with full Queen sized beds and 2 bathrooms. Its living room has 2 couches and a sofa as well as an HD TV. Its kitchen is fully equipped and it has a dish and clothes washing machine.

Guest access

Villa Castelletto’s relaxing area has a heated swimming pool with a pool ledge. Then decompress in an authentic Finnish Sauna, soak in an open air 6 person Jacuzzi, have a BBQ in the garden or just sit at the outdoor Fire Pit surrounded by a forest of olive and orange trees.

Other things to note

There are many beaches in the area, within a few minutes drive (3-5 min). Well known beaches such as Alykes (sandy long beach), Tsilivi (sandy), Makrigialo (small pebble), Xigia (sulfur therapeutic beach) and Tsilivi Water sports are all just 10-15 minutes away. Close by, (1km) there is a supermarket and several tavern serving traditional Greek food, meats on the grill and local fresh fish taverns.

Please note Greece has an unfortunate stray animal issue -mostly cats but also some dogs. It is very likely you will encounter stray cats at or around the villa grounds. We will also sometimes be offering local sweets and/or foods that might contain allergens such as nuts. If you have any kind of allergies relating to animals or specific food groups, please let me know before your arrival so we can make sure your health is protected!

Kypseli, also named Beloussi, is a quiet, rustic Greek village dating back to the Venetian times. An old village, its main buildings, including its church, are over 500 years old.

Surrounded by forests of olive trees, orange trees, lemon trees and others, Kypseli is an agricultural village.

Zakynthos itself is considered one of the jewels of Greece. Its beaches are world famous, its history and Venetian-flaired culture are fascinating and even hosts the famous rare Caretta Caretta giant sea turtles. It has many famous landmarks including the shipwreck, the turtle island and the famous Callinikos vineyards.

Getting around

Due to the relative remoteness of the village, a car or other motorized transportation is required if you plan to visit the Island.

Transfer is offered for an extra cost. We can recommend day tours, points of interest, private boat trips or private tours. You can also request a car rental. All details will be arranged by your host.

We had a perfect stay at the villa. The villa itself is even more beautiful than in the pictures. Espescially the outside area. Vasilis and Bessy were so hospitable. They organised trips for us and made reservations in their favourite restaurants for. The villa itself is in a more quite area but only a short drive away from good restaurants and beautiful beaches. We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful time at the villa, the host was so communicative, arranged everything we requested from chef to massages, hire car and more. The cleaner came every couple of days to changed towels and sheets, just like a hotel, the pool was beautiful. This villa has everything you would need for a stunning holiday. Beds where really comfy. Supermarket 1min drive. We would highly recommend this villa and thank our amazing hosts for an incredible stay.
