Description
A holiday home located directly on the Moselle, is the perfect base from which to explore the Traben-Trarbach area. The entire accommodation can accommodate 8-16+ guests and is the ideal holiday accommodation on the Moselle for larger groups.

Apartment

The residence on the Moselle consists of a house with six bedrooms for up to fourteen people. There is also an independent apartment for 2 persons. And there is also a possibility to use extra beds and babybeds in the big house and in the apartment. So that a total of 22 people can stay with us.(extra costs for extra guests above 16) Located right on the Moselle, this is the ideal accommodation for larger groups.

WIFI is available throughout the house. You will receive the code upon arrival.

Layout of the house:

Ground floor: hall, toilet, spacious living room with extra TV / play area and a very spacious kitchen with div. equipment. Access to the terrace.
First floor: three double bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom with bath, separate corner shower, double sink and separate toilet. Additional room can be used in consultation.
Second floor: three double bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower/bath, toilet and washbasin.
Also present: two cots and 6 guest beds.
It is possible to create an extra sleeping place on the ground floor for someone with walking difficulties.
Outside: spacious terrace and storage room for bicycles and motorbikes etc.

A spacious kitchen - living area. The sleeping area can be closed off with a curtain. A 3rd guest bed or baby bed possible.

Holiday Home

The larger part of the house is suitable for 8 to 14 people and is located right on the Moselle. Spread over two floors, the entire holiday home has 6 bedrooms.

From the living room and all bedrooms you have a view of the Moselle. In front of the house is a large terrace with the same beautiful view of the Moselle and vineyards. The house is fully equipped and fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV, high chair and camping bed. In the area you can enjoy walking, cycling, canoeing, boat trips, visit castles and beautiful old towns. Hiking trails through the forest start 50 meters from the house.

And this is not all! Attached to the house is a completely independent apartment for 2-4 persons. which is also included in the price. So in total there is sleeping space for a maximum of 22 people.

The price per night counts for the entire house and is 550,- euros,for up to 16 persons, this is incl. bed linen, tourist tax but excl. final cleaning a €55,- euro, consultation regarding final cleaning is possible.
