Description
The very comfortable villa is situated on a 2500 sqm beautifully landscaped garden plot in a quiet location with a wonderful panoramic view of the Libyan Sea. The house belongs to the municipality of Achlia in the southeast of Crete, a small village about 14 km from the main town of Ierapetra.

The villa for max. 5 people has a living space of 120sqm over two floors with a very large outdoor area with several shady terraces with a pavilion. On the ground floor there is a pool of 8 mx 3.50 m.

It is about 500 m to the shore road. The nearest beach is 5 minutes away by car.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living-dining area and a modern open kitchen. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a whirlpool, toilet, sink and a washing machine. There is also a bedroom with direct access to the outdoor area and swimming pool.

On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms (1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom) and 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet, vanity and the spacious, open living-dining area. All rooms have air conditioning and satellite TV. Of course there is WiFi at no extra charge.

The bedrooms all have fitted wardrobes and are fitted with light modern furniture. All rooms have their own terrace and there is also an open fireplace in the living-dining area.

The kitchen is well equipped with a toaster, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher etc.
There is enough seating for the outdoor area, a barbecue area and shady terraces. There are sun loungers in the pool area. A foosball table in the pavilion.

The garden is beautifully landscaped with lots of flowers and plants.
