The property is a family friendly, comfortable, clean and spacious country house with all mod cons, decorated with authentic country items and unique paintings. Guest can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view, beautiful landscaped gardens, woodlands and riverside walks. The property is on Charles farm so guests will see cows, donkeys and other farm animals. This accommodation is ideal for families (with kids) couples, solo adventurers, business travelers.

Interaction with guests

Charles has been receiving guest for 25 years and is very friendly and always ready to offer guidance and hints about the area and the best places to visit.

Route description

Form Cork

You drive to Killarney on the N22 Road You will pass an area with a shop and Church called Glenflesk, after that you will pass the Kerry Way Pub on the right side of the N22 and then Kennedys Farm. Approx half a mile after Kennedy's Farm you turn right at the sign post for Lodge on to the side road.T he Lodge is the first house on the left along the side road.

From Killarney

from Killarney - take the N22 in the direction of Cork/ Macroom. Approx 3 miles (5km) out from Kiillarney you will pass over an automatic railway crossing. Approx 1.5  (3km)miles after the crossing you will see a sign post for Brewsterfield Lodge on the left side of the N22. Turn left onto the side road and Lodge is the first house on the left along the side road.

Payment Policy
Easter/ Xmas/New Year : €650 per week, No smoking, no parties or events allowed, Two well-behaved pets are welcome in the Brewsterfield Lodge House, Check in time is 4PM - 2AM (next day) - Check out by 10AM, Property will have to be respected and any damage paid for before departure.
Cancellation Policy
Strict, cancel up to 30 days before check in and get a 50% refund on deposit (minus service fees). Cancel within 14 days of your trip and the reservation deposit is non-refundable.
