Our villa is located in Mil Palmeras with 320 sunny days per year. It was built on and completely renovated in 2012. The house has a total of 170 square meters, of which 35 square meters are covered balconies. In addition to this, there is a roof terrace of 50 m2 with some views of the Mediterranean Sea.
