Welcome to this property in 5ha of nature in the middle of a pine forest, nature reserve, built on the heights of the bay of Alcudia, The property includes 2 independent houses, rented together or separately, which can accommodate for up to 20 people, each one tastefully decorated in a Mediterranean style.

There are more than 200 hectares of protected area in which there are only a few houses. The peace of this preserved nature will guarantee you a stay out of the ordinary.

TWO HOUSES

The Fincas are detailed between 2 independent houses if you require it. The Master House offers up to 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms that can receive up to 13 people.
The Farm House offers 3 double rooms and one single room, accommodating up to 7 people.

You can occupy the entire property, or one house or another. Casa has its own independent swimming pool with child safety.

MASTER HOUSE

Built in 1985 respecting the Mallorcan style, with native and natural materials - Approximately 350m2 of living space, on a 5-hectare plot. It was designed for 10 people and includes: 5 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 4 independent toilets (an office can accommodate 2 beds), 3 living rooms / 4 dining rooms (1 inside and 3 outside) / 3 terrace areas. Laundry room and fully equipped kitchen. A large balcony, an upstairs terrace and a special open-air breakfast room allow you to enjoy the sun wherever and whenever you need it. There is a barbecue and several tables available outside. You can enjoy your private and sheltered pool just by crossing the lawn - The house is surrounded by a 5-hectare gated plot.

FARM HOUSE

Farm House from the 19th century rebuilt in 1992. Designed for 7 people, it includes: 3 double rooms with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, terrace/dining room, living room and kitchen. - approximately 110 m2 on a 1.3 hectare property In the facilities of this sheepfold, you can enjoy a Balinese roof composed of a large space covered with bamboo (100 m2) that allows you to have even more space in the cool breeze during the hot hours: It includes a kitchen and barbecue, a dining room room for 8, and a living room that can accommodate at least 12 people. The Bergerie is just below the Casa Grande, which is reached by a 50m path.

2 POOLS

Each house offers its own swimming pool. The Master House pool measures 8.20 meters x 4 meters, and is surrounded by a flat stone deck with seven loungers. The Farm House pool measures 6.60 meters x 3.20 meters, overlooking the sea of the Acludia bay, and with a large piece of grass and garden to enjoy the calm with views and freshness.

SURROUNDINGS

This property is the starting point for many excursions and entertainment, whether on foot or a short drive away. Among other things, you will:

-> Excursion to Coll Baix: one hour to go down to Coll Baix beach. In the middle of nature, discover one of the jewels of the island at the end of the path that passes in front of the house.
-> The beaches of Mal Pas, the Crocodile port: 10 minutes by car, half an hour on foot
-> Puerto Alcudia: 10 minutes by car to enjoy the bars, restaurants and lively life
-> Puerto Pollensa: different styles, lots of fun!
-> Alcúdia and Pollensa Markets: Sundays and Tuesdays, typical and very lively
-> Ruins of Alcúdia: immersion in culture
-> Rocas de Bonaire: jumps of 7 meters in crystal clear waters
-> S'illot: sunset bar over the bay of Pollensa, a marvel
