The Agriturismo Resort is pleased to welcome you to its farm immersed in the Tuscan Maremma countryside, where rural style meets all the comforts of a resort. With its 17 hectares of land cultivated with olive trees, arable land and woods, according to the ORGANIC method, the accommodation facilities with reserved outdoor spaces, an Italian garden where you can relax and read a good book, the heated swimming pool with hydromassage and the attached spaces to enjoy the sun. These and other services for those who care about people's well-being.

The double room is an independent unit of 18 square meters built in green building, with an entrance and private outdoor space.
Inside, a comfortable hallway, a double bed, three-door wardrobe and sideboard. The very large bathroom houses a spacious and colorful walk-in shower.

Payment Policy
The prices are intended per room and per night and include taxes, the tourist tax for each day of stay, breakfast, daily room cleaning and the services provided and specified in the sections of the site. The price of the stay is what is communicated in the booking acceptance email. ; 30% of the cost for the stay will have to be paid at the time of booking if the latter takes place 14 days before the start of the stay. Otherwise, the full amount of the stay must be paid. The balance must still be paid 14 days before arrival, in case of non-payment you will be notified with a first reminder email. Failure to pay the 30% fee or the balance will automatically cancel the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation or reduction of an already confirmed reservation must be communicated within 14 days of the beginning of the stay. The cancellation of your reservation involves the loss of the 30% deposit, if made within 14 days before the start of the stay or of the total amount after these. If the guest arrives but does not want to stay in the structure for the agreed period or for a part of it, he will in any case be required to pay the full amount of the stay.
