Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed en suite and balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. Bedroom 2 with double bed. Bedroom 3 with 2 x single beds. Bedroom 4 has a single bed. Bedroom 5 is on the ground floor it has a double bed and a single, cots are available
Bathrooms: En-Suite bathroom to bedroom 1, Bathroom is well equipped with WC, bath and shower, bidet. Separate WC on ground level as is the luxury large shower room making it idea stay for elderly family members.
Kitchen: Aga cooker also an electric cooker, hob, large fridge freezer, washing machine, Tumble dryer dishwasher and microwave. The Kitchen is handmade with granite worktops and has a central island, Slate floor and is open plan which is ideal for large groups.
Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge freezer. Double tap sink, ironing board and iron. Clothes horse.
Living Rooms: Living room has great surrounding views with full length windows. Wood burner and oak flooring with under floor heating, TV, DVD, iPod dock, Wi-Fi. This is a large light area of the house with oak dining table and chairs set within the Garden room.
Other: The bedrooms are light and have been decorated in classic colours. All equipped with hairdryers, mirrors. The bed linen is of high quality. One of the larger room are on the ground floor and this is suitable for a family with daybed and room for a cot.
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: Towels and linen are provided.
Amenities/Facilities: Barbecue, Parking, Garden. Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Hob/Stove, Iron, Microwave, Oven, Tumble Dryer, Washing Machine. Central Heating, Cot, High Chair, Internet Access, Room Fans, Satellite, Telephone, TV.
Accessibility Level access from the garden to the ground floor with use of a ground floor bedroom and shower room and separate WC. There are no steps to worry about on the ground floor as it is level throughout.
Outside The large gardens surround the barn and are mature featuring a lake on the lower side (fishing available), a barbecue is available to use on the extensive patio area which is wrapped around the garden room from which you can open double doors onto this area making it an ideal location for evening meals. Many sunsets have been enjoyed from here.

Booking Notes: Please enquire to Hendra Barns initially. Bookings are confirmed with a 30% deposit, with the balance payable 30 days before arrival. Bank transfers are preferred.
Changeover Day: Saturday to Saturday Arrival times from 4pm but if you would like to drop off your luggage beforehand please contact us and we would be happy to assist you. Departure is on Saturday at 10am.
100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.

Very spacious property which swallowed 6 adults, 6 children and a dog with ease. There would have been enough space for the children to play indoors without getting under the feet of the adults even if we'd had to stay indoors. As it was we had glorious weather and made the most of nearby beaches and the extensive grounds.
The barn is furnished to a very high level.
The owners were attentive and provided scones etc for a cream tea on arrival - a very nice touch, and they were on hand to check whether the holiday was progressing ok throughout our week.

Had a great time staying at Hendra Barn and Ken was the perfect host and really made you feel at home. Loved the barn and so did all the family that were there to celebrate an important birthday. Would recommend a stay here and looking forward to coming back at some time. The welcome pack was great and really appreciated.
