Description
Bright, spacious and calming, you'll feel instantly relaxed among the hills of Tuscany. The house is private and faces the garden grounds of the larger villa. You have a view of an ancient castle tower from one bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast is not included. Take a walk through the grounds, or swim in the pool. Come live under the Tuscan Sun with us!
 
The space
 
You'll be staying in our 2 bedroom and 2 bath house towards the back of the property. Complete with a kitchen and living room and fireplace, as well as front patio, you'll have everything you need! Parking is available as well.
 
Guest access
 
You'll be staying in your own separate house with access to the villa grounds and pool.
 
Interaction with guests
 
The property has a live-in caretaker and owner, who will interact with you as little or as much as you'd like! For those wanting to practice their Italian and feel a part of the family, we'd recommend interacting during meals. If you want your space, you'll find it no problem at all! Please note that the house has large windows and the living room and kitchen is open to the property. The bedrooms and bathrooms have curtains/frosted windows and give privacy.
 
Other things to note
 
Swimming pool is sharing with the owner family. Send us a request if you want private use.
Private party are not allowed. Send us a resquest if you want make a private party in our villa.
 
Vicopisano is situated in the heart of Tuscany. It's situated 15 minutes from Pisa's airport, 25 minutes to the beach of Pisa (which offers a stunning backdrop of the Alps to the north and warm waters), 45 minutes to Florence and Lucca.
One hour and half to Siena.
 
Getting around
 
10 minutes from Pisa's airport. We can provide GPS coordinates or we will coordinate with you to meet in the town center to follow us to the property.
