The entrance, common with the apartment Rigoletto, leads to a bright room of about 45 sqm with kitchen and dinning area separated from the living room, lit by a balcony, glazed on two sides, with view on part of the dome and the roofs of Florence.
The modern kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances (dishwasher, oven / microwave, fridge and small appliances) and is right next to the dinning area, furbished with a large antique table and designer chairs.
The living area, with a sofa bed comfortable for two people, is enriched by designer furniture and features Flat TV, stereo, Wi-Fi.
The comfortable bedroom is illuminated by a balcony with view on part of the dome and the roofs of Florence with windows on two sides: king-size bed or twin beds, flat TV and Wi-Fi are common standard in every room.
An elegant private bathroom, with glass shower, completes the apartment.
The laundry, with washer and dryer, is shared with the apartment Rigoletto

The room's good and well equipped. Slightly noisy at night but we sleep well! and the lock on door is quite tricky to get in. The host's very helpful. appreciated! and highly recommended :)
Felt right at home, had a great time everything was in walking distance. The apartment it self is so fun!
Giulia was an amazing host. She was there when we arrived and showed us everything in the apartment and suggested some great places for us to eat. She also arranged a parking spot for our car in a private parking area right under the house. The apartment looks even better than the photos and is really clean. Located near everything we wanted to see and has some great places for breakfast or lunch within 30-40 meters. Would definitely stay there again on my next visit in Florence.
We stayed in Florence for 8 days and Giulia's place was the perfect place for us to stay while we explored the city. It was clean, spacious, close to many restaurants, close to the train station and close to many of the attractions in the city. Giulia was a great host always willing to assist us when we needed it and suggested many nice restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay at Giulias place again and would recommend Giulia's place to other travellers.
Giulia's apartment is beautiful and ideal for anyone wishing to stay in the heart of Florence. It is within walking distance of all major attractions and there were plenty of restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Giulia was brilliant to correspond with, greeted us on arrival and offered good advice on places to eat and visit. Check-out was also very straightforward. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Thank you Giulia!
