The Agriturismo “Podere Luisa”, hidden in the magical and colourful landscape of the Tuscan hills of Chiantishire, offers you the opportunity to spend an unforgettable holiday with sport, relaxation and general well being, where your hosts will welcome you with both kindness and efficiency. 

It is a small, picturesque, family-run property, where tradition is married with the needs and the practical aspects of today’s world in order to satisfy the wishes and requests of our clients. During your holiday you can have the unique and wonderful experience of walking along natural, art-historical paths and visiting the wineries which fill the area near Podere Luisa. At the same time you can remove the stresses of daily life by treating yourself to a sauna or anti stress message or plunging into our swimming pool, surrounded by nature. Besides that, you can delight your taste buds with our traditional Tuscan dinner where our Podere Luisa wines and home-produced local dishes will be served or, if you prefer, you can cook your own delicious grills on our barbecue.

Farm

Thanks to an ongoing collaboration between man and nature our vineyards are carefully nutured in order to support and preserve this rare heritage.  The original energy and vision of Beppe is now being continued by his son Sauro who, through his hard work and knowledge, has developed the estate maintaining the harmony with nature. The bond between the past and the present is also evident in the wines produced, and entering in our wine cellar one can still feel the old farming traditions.

Agriturismo

The Tuscan hills of Chiantishire have always drawn people from all over the world for their history, folklore, unique landscapes and for their incomparable wine and food culture.

L’Agriturismo “Podere Luisa” is situated at an equal distance from the three most famous cities of Tuscany (Florence, Arezzo and Siena), in a natural and unique environment, where vineyards, olive groves, sunflower fields and woods frame the wonderful views of the Chianti hills.

Podere Luisa is divided into three apartments of different sizes that can accommodate from 2 to 6 people.
All the apartments have air-conditioning, under floor heating, independent entrance, fully equipped kitchens and bed linen. A washing machine is also available for our guests. Free Wi-Fi is available.

THE APARTAMENTS

On the  floor there is the “Albeggio” apartment which has a kitchen, a living room with a double sofabed, a bathroom with shower and a panoramic terrace.

On the ground floor there is the “Meriggio” apartment which has a kitchen with a fireplace, a spacious double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and an outside patio.

On the first floor there is the “Tramonto” apartment which has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a kitchen with fireplace, a bathroom with shower and a large panoramic terrace.

Podere Luisa also offers the following services:

-Swimming Pool in a panoramic position and furnished with deckchairs and sun beds. These are freely available for guests who wish to relax and sunbathe.

-Wellbeing Area where you can have beauty treatment and anti-stress massage (charged separately) to harmonise the body and mind in natural surroundings.

-Mountain Bike rental for people who prefer sporting activities. We can provide maps to explore the numerous paths and tracks of the surrounding area.

-For people who love horses there is a nearby riding school (just 5 minutes from Podere Luisa) where it’s possible to have lessons or to go for a ride in the countryside.

-Our qualified Sommelier can show you how to taste and judge wine. You can also try our own olive oil and typical Tuscan food to help you discover traditional and new combinations of our farm products.

-You can choose to enjoy the seasonal vegetables in our kitchen garden in order to cook tasty dishes in the barbecue area.
