The 120 hectare farm with swimming pool, located in the Uccellina Park and in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, will make you savor tastes and aromas lost over time.
The Farmhouse Alberese Giuncola & Granaiolo is ideal for people who love the quiet of an uncontaminated environment accompanied by accurate services dedicated to relaxation and well-being .

The entire farmhouse is equipped with a totally hidden heating / cooling system that creates a separate microclimate for each room. The comfort of the structure is extended by the large garden, daily cleaned, which surrounds the entire area until the eye meets the highest hills of the Maremma Natural Park and with the vastness of the wheat fields, sunflowers and corn produced by the 'Company. The Agriturismo Giuncola and Granaiolo has three dépendances, divided into rooms and arranged in a radial pattern around the pool.
The main objective of this project was to preserve the quiet of the open countryside. Thus the 3 houses are arranged in an area of 2 hectares in order to guarantee silence and privacy.

THE TASTY PHILOSOPHY OF TUSCAN EATING
Giuncola delightful location among the Alberese restaurants, is presented with the ancient farmhouse of the mid-nineteenth century in the Maremma Park , and opens the doors of its kitchen to anyone who wants to take some time to pamper himself and his palate. A Chef of particular experience has created a kitchen in harmony with the territory and tradition , able to delight you with specialties of both land and sea , where the quality of the product and the genuineness of the preparation are the Masters of every dish.
MONTH OF JULY & AUGUST : the room is sold only with half board (or à la carte dinner to be decided on site) except on Saturday. If you do not reach the required number of meals made by agreements, the missing will be charged at the price of € 25.00 per person. The Maremma tasting menu includes: appetizers, a first course, a second course with side dish, dessert of the Chef, water, themed menus of both land and sea. Nr 1 glass of wine, coffee.
♦ Deposit on booking equal to 30% of the stay in B & B by bank transfer, money order or credit card.
CHILDREN ACCOMMODATION:
from 0 - 4 years : € 15.00 with the addition of a camping cot in the room; over 5 years up to 12 years :if you are staying in a double room with 3rd bed added 50% reduction on the fee per person, example: double room with 3 bed: € 100 double price + (€ 100/2) x 50% = € 25.00 value of the supplement. For families it is possiblea quadruple roomconsisting of 2 connecting double rooms (the price of the quadruple room is made up of the sum of two rooms, one of which is considered as single).

Every Friday from July 26th, September 2nd / 9th / 16th at La Giuncola will be held the Butteri Show and its Food and Wine Route . The setting of the farm Giuncola & Granaiolo will host the re-enactment of the most genuine and genuine Maremma tradition, with the men who helped to create the myth of this land: the Butteri . Riding their wonderful horses, they will be able to involve you in a carousel of emotions.
