Welcome to Toscana Holiday Village in the heart of beautiful Tuscany. 

The Camping Area

Toscana Village is about 50.000 m2 and it is located on a hill in the valley of the Arno river in a mixed grove of cypresses and pines. It is the ideal solution for people who want to spend a relaxing holiday in the green Tuscan hills but who also want to take advantage of it as a starting point to discover the artistic beauties of this region.

The camping area develops on a terraced shady grassy land and to those who really enjoy camp life, there are many spacious pitches( 70 – 100m2) suitable to accommodate tents, campers and even large caravans.

Guests can choose their own pitch with car parking and they can also take advantage of new sanitary and hygienic services with free hot showers ( also private bathrooms for rental), sinks and washbasins, disabled toilets, washing machines and dryers.

Electricity connection and water supply are also at the guests disposal for free and they are close to the pitches. There is also camper service available like water refill and chemical toilet emptying.

To Rent

Toscana Holiday Village has a range of homes for you to enjoy your stay in Tuscany.

Standard

Our “Standard” mobile homes are 24 square meters, have one or two bathrooms, with a sink, hot water shower and toilet. They have 3 beds in two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two or three single beds. There is a dining area with a small kitchen equipped with cooking utensils, cooker and a fridge.

Outside you will find a small veranda or a patio with table and chairs.

Wi-fi and air conditioning for the summer or heat pump for the winter are at guests disposal.

This type of mobile home is perfectly suited to those who want to enjoy the holiday with attention to price.

Classic

The “Classic” mobile homes are 24 square meters, have a full bathroom with toilet and hot shower. 2 or 3 bedroom homes are available, one with double bed and the other with two or three single beds.

The dinette is equipped with kitchen utensils, cooker, table , chairs, and a fridge. Wi-fi and air conditioning for the summer or heat pump for the winter are at guests disposal.

Outside you will find a nice patio for you to relax, also complete with table and chairs.
Some “ Classic” mobile homes have also a small veranda with table and chairs.

The perfect solution for families but also for small groups of friends!

Comfort

The “Comfort” mobile homes are well decorated and recently refreshed, 24 square meters, have 1 full bathroom with toilet and hot shower. They have 4 beds in two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds. The charming dinette is equipped with kitchen utensils, cooker, table, chairs and a fridge.

Outside you will find a small wooden porch for your relax, also complete with table and chairs. Other comfort mobile homes have a  patio or a veranda all equipped with table and chairs.

Wi-fi and air conditioning for the summer or heat pump for the winter  are at guests disposal. Excellent solution for families but also for small groups of friends!

Superior

The stylish “Superior” mobile homes are large at about 30 sqm and they are located in the best plots of the holiday park from where you can have a beautiful view on the natural setting.

They can accommodate up to 6 people and have 2 full bathrooms with sink, toilet and hot shower. They have 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds each.

The dinette is equipped with kitchen utensils, table, chairs and a fridge.

Outside there is a beautiful large decking equipped with table, chairs and two comfortable sun beds where you can enjoy your total relax.

This mobile home is a great solution for families and  groups of friends who do not wish to compromise on comfort and style!

Boutique 

The modern and chic Boutique mobile homes are large at about 30 sqm and located in a quiet area of the holiday park.

They can accommodate up to 6 people and have a full bathroom with 2 sinks, toilet and hot shower. They have 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and the other with 1 single bed.

The dinette is equipped with kitchen utensils, table, chairs and a fridge.

Outside there is a beautiful large fence terrace area equipped where you can enjoy your total relax.

This mobile home is a great solution for families and  groups of friends who do not wish to compromise on comfort and style!

Apartments

Studio Apartment

Holiday apartment on the first floor, with private entrance, located in a camping equipped with swimming pool, restaurant and children’s play area.

It lies in Montopoli in Val d’Arno, in the Pisan countryside among low tree-lined hills, in a quiet and green area. This is a good starting point for your interesting day trips: it is about 35 Km from Pisa and Lucca, 45 Km from Volterra, 55 Km from Florence, 65 Km from Viareggio.

Restaurant and minimarket are inside the complex. Small private area outside, equipped with a barbecue, table and chairs for outdoor dining. Shared among all guests: children’s playground, soccer field, illuminated pool (10 x 20) with shower. Parking in the property for one car, located about 20 m from the accommodation.

Possibility of walks in the property and in the surroundings; fishing in a near sport fishing lake (5.3 km).

2 Bed Apartment
