Confort Cordoba Centro II is a 3 bedroom apartment with solarium located in the upper floor of a 2 floors recently constructed building. Within a short walking distance to the city center and train and bus stations, the location is ideal to visit the city of Córdoba. With an area of 105 m2 + 25m2 solarium terrace, it offers accomodation for up to 6 people. Linens, towels and bathroom amenities are provided for your stay. Cleaning before and after your arrival is included too.
A place to relax and feel so confortable like at home. The apartment has plenty of light and color, so you can enjoy the andalusian flavor having a coffee or wine in the balcony or at the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious too and you will find anything you need to cook for breakfast and dining (dishes, pots, coffee machine, etc). Lay out is very convenient, as the 3 sleeping rooms, bathroom and toilet are separated from the living room area. The living room has two zones (sitting + dining). From the living room you can access to the balcony and also to the solarium. As it is very spaciuos, it is ideal for families and group of friends.

THE LOCATION The apartment is located in Huerta de la Reina. This central area of Córdoba is very calm and safe and offers a great variety of services (supermarket, shops, cafeterias...) which will make your stay easy and confortable. The location is ideal to visit the city, as you can get walking to the famous and beautiful Vial promenade (2-3 minutes), the city center (7-10 minutes) and, and at the same time, to the sierra (7-15 minutes). Also if you travel by train or bus, you can walk from/to the station too. If you travel by car, you can park at the street without difficulties. In case you prefer to park in a private garage, I can also offer you a spaciuos place in another building if you ask for reservation in advance. Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (EUR) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.
For stays of more than one week, it will be asked a a damage deposit of 350 euros. This deposit will be returned in cash the day of check out after inspection of the apartment.
Cancel at least two weeks before check-in and receive a 50% refund of the total cost (if you pay the full balance on time). Please ask about the cancellation policy as this may change depending on seasons.
