Every guest leaving Fraschetta brings home a piece of Tuscany. This house is inspiring for its unique position and surroundings, a magical atmosphere enriching the soul of the visitor. A place where it is possible to re-estabilsh a natural perspective of your world, loosing in the “dolce far niente” (a new benchmark for relax) or visiting the most beautiful spot in Tuscany in less than one hour drive. 

The property presents all comforts and a wonderful swimming pool in the middle of olive trees, with a cut-edge waterfall that gives you the feeling of flying over the Tuscan hills. There are two completely independent buildings available for guests: the main villa and the “fienile” and a fantastic private garden and forest available exclusively for the guest. 

OUTSIDE AREA / large open kitchen including 2 wood  Owen for pizza, huge barbecue, 2 large cooking areas, one of those equipped with old model wood fire kitchen, ice maker,  furnished veranda to enjoy breakfast or dinner with a table accommodating 20+ people. The huge, private garden is reserved for guests, with various relaxation areas and spot to loose yourself in the sunset contemplation.

MAIN VILLA / 200 sq.m., spacious rooms, tastefully decorated and clean, accommodating 8+ pax, Ground Floor: kitchen with dishwasher and oven, dining area with table for 12/14 people; large living-room with large table and sofas. First Floor: (access via internal stair) entrance giving access to the 3  bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 

Neighbourhood

The countryside around here is beautiful, with a breath-taking landscape, and wherever an atmosphere of serenity and peace, with vineyards, olives and oak and Castagno woods. At Montevarchi  (8 kms) you will find all the services you may need, and in the little village of Moncioni (1 kms) there is one restaurant and a nice little shop for the right Spritz aperitif in a medieval athmospere. The Chianti Classico wine area (Gaiole) is 10 kms away, Florence 45 kms, Siena 35, Arezzo 30. To reach the property there is a stretch of untarred road of about 0,7 kms
