If you want to practice a sport we have 5 bikes available in the house, close horse riding facilities and four golf courses of International standard.

Wunderbarer dezentraler Ort im Herzen der Toscana - und dennoch strategisch so gut gelegen, dass alle Sehenswürdigkeiten binnen 1 Stunde per PKW erreichbar sind. Wunderbare Vermieter, die bei dezenter Zurückhaltung dennoch jederzeit für alle Frage da waren - und wunderbare Tipps hatten. Und das Haus ist tatsächlich so riesengroß, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Tolle Bäder, tolle Zimmer, alles bestens ausgestattet und tiptop sauber. Und der Privat-Pool war für uns und die Kinder der absolute Hammer. Wir können völlig uneingeschränkt die beste Empfehlung aussprechen und kommen sicherlich einmal wieder.
Schon bei der Buchung waren die Vermieter KLASSE; kein Stress weil Anreise Mittwochs und Abreise an einem Freitag. Auf Grund der tollen Wegbeschreibung haben wir Cerchiaia auch sofort gefunden - ein Kleinod mit Weitblick in die fernen Berge! Figline und sein Umland sind fantastisch, die Bahn bringt einen zuverlässig nach Florenz.
Das Hause/die riesige Wohnung sind ein Traum. Alles ist da, was man braucht, wenn Fragen oder Wünsche da sind kann man sich an Daniele und Madu wenden, die sehr gerne helfen. Der immer saubere Pool top alles, denn auch Schwimmringe und Luftmatratzen hat es bereits vor Ort. Ein Paradies wenn Eltern mal nur lesen wollen... .
Der Palio in Valdarno war sehr beeindruckend, und überall in Incisa und Valdarno trifft man italienische Gastlichkeit an.
Wir kommen gerne wieder - ob mit oder ohne Kinder. Danke an Madu und Daniele für 12 sehr erholsame Tage! Ciao a presto!!
We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit huis.
Een ruim huis met van alle gemakken voorzien.
Rustige in de tuin kunnen zitten in de fijne stoelen die er staan, genieten van het zwembad.
Ook kun je vanuit het huis mooie dagtochten maken, leuk om naar Florence te gaan.
Een prachtige wandeling gemaakt in de Chiantivallei, kortom genieten van Toscane.
Quando la vacanza corrisponde alle tue aspettative non puoi che ritenerti soddisfatto. Il posto è molto bello, la casa è pulita e ospitale. I padroni di casa sono simpatici e gentili. La dolcezza dell'inverno e delle bellissime giornate di sole ha fatto il resto. Consiglio vivamente.
We were two adults and two young children staying in Madù and Daniele’s house. Lots of space and plenty of rooms which were cool throughout because of the thick walls. Everything that was needed was provided including inflatables for the excellent pool which the kids were in every day! We made day trips to Siena, Lucca, San Gimignano, Greve in Chianti, Arezzo and other places. Daniele was fantastic at helping my husband sort out a road bike and nothing was too much trouble. We had a super holiday and not to forget, the garden was absolutely stunning. Many thanks Madù and Daniele.
We were very pleased with our stay at this home. It was so quiet. No noise day or night. We slept very well. It was very dark at night and the stars were brilliant. The pool was a real treat. The weather was perfect, although a few days were very warm. The pool was refreshing. We were centrally located and made lots of day trips to Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, the Chianti region., and more. My granddaughter and her husband took the train to Rome for a few days and then to Venice for an overnight stay. There was lots of shopping available also. All the people were very friendly. The owners went a step above to see that we were well taken care of. We would certainly go back to this property again.
Following detailed Daniele instructions we easily found the villa by car even in the dark.
Usually pictures of villas are better than reality but not in this case. The house is big and very nice. And there is everything you need - fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, big table for family dinners, nice bedrooms, a lot of space outside, beautiful views 360, easy access to main roads to Florence, Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano. We were 4 adults and 4 teenagers and everybody of us have what to do in villa - pool, badminton, cards, petanki, even golf equipment or just relaxing in the evening in the countryside surrounding. It was very hot outside during our stay but quite ok in villa even without conditioner. We really could recommend this house for country holiday in Tuscany.
