Welcome to Tuscany, welcome to your holiday accommodation. We are delighted that you have found us and look forward to welcoming you to our well-maintained accommodation in unique surroundings. The freshly restored main house “Casa Padronale” offers our guests four double rooms with modern furnishing, a private bathroom and a cozy terrace. There is a generous apartment for groups and larger families on the upper floor, comprising five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large kitchen. We serve a sumptuous breakfast on request in the “Cantina” in the main house and afterwards you can enjoy the grandiose view from our cozy lounge.
Close to the main house there is the annex “Casa Vecchia”. This quaint Tuscan country house offers a choice of three comfortable, typical local holiday apartments. The apartments each have two or four bedrooms and fully-equipped kitchens and are perfect for couples or families. The large terrace invites you to enjoy the unique view over the wonderful region with a glass of wine from our vineyard, or to grill a “Bistecca Fiorentina” over the fire. Leisure and relaxation are guaranteed.
ACTIVITIES FOR EVERY TASTE
For all those seeking some entertainment in between, the area also offers the best conditions for sport, activities or an interesting trip for culture, history, good food or the Italian “dolce far niente”. The choice is wide and Tuscany offers something for everyone.
You can help with the grape harvest or visit our farm animals whenever you like. Are you looking for inspiration? Browse our webpage or ask us on arrival, we will be happy to help arrange activities in the area or to recommend various insider tips. We are there for you.
ECOLOGICAL AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISE
The agriturismo Vitabella Toscana is an active agricultural enterprise. Typical Tuscan products are produced on over 60 hectares according to modern ecological standards. The taste reflects this. From your holiday accommodation, you can look out over our fields and meadows, as well as hundreds of old olive trees. Our guests are welcome to take part in farm life. Come and visit and be part of this enjoyable task. We would be delighted to provide you with an insight into the production of the many culinary delicacies.
The on-site vineyard and the large herb and vegetable garden are also part of the estate. You are welcome to help yourselves as you please. The fresh herbs and vegetables will make cooking a pleasure. Of course, all our products such as olive oil, wheat or our award-winning wine are available to sample at our farm shop, as well as to purchase to take home with you as a souvenir.
OUR FARM PRODUCTS
Olive oil
We are dedicated to producing our own olive oil. We use our own olives exclusively – no ifs, no buts. Try this natural and healthy oil, you will taste difference.
Wine
We love our vineyard and are proud to produce our own wine. Our “Vindeleia” has already won many prizes. Our guests love this Tuscan wine. It would be an honor for us to share a toast with you to the new vintage.
Farina di Castagne (chestnut flour)
Excellent quality, finest chestnut flour, delicious and with a fine taste – in a word: exquisite. Ideal for a polenta or a chestnut cake. This product is a specialty and not always available – pay a visit to our farm shop, we look forward to seeing you.

We had a wonderful stay at Vitabella. Beatrice was very welcoming and gave us all the necessary information for our stay. The location is very peaceful and quiet, a great escape from the daily busy life. The property is incredibly beautiful, everything is very well maintained with the highlight being the pool area to relax with a view over the Val d‘Orcia! It is just wonderful. Breakfast can be enjoyed with the same wonderful view. Our room was very spacious, older interior but giving it the right charm for the Tuscan area. Also, the property offers mountain bikes to just take whenever you want. So we did! It was a great time biking up and down the hills with great landscape all around. Overall, a very good value for money ratio! We can only recommend this beautiful getaway! Thank you Beatrice & Co. for making our stay as wonderful as it was!
Geneviève was a perfect host, she was there for us whenever we needed some assistance. The view is A-MA-ZING !! The swimming pool is top and the studio was perfect !! Our best stay in Tuscany in 6 years

Breakfast could be more varied - more cereal options and a chopped fruit salad.
Amazing hotel in the middle of Tuscany green valleys. Rooms are spacious and clean, having an outdoor terrace with a great view. The hotel has a pool that is a must-try as it is clean and refreshing, looking Tuscany valleys. Breakfast is good with some home-made products. The hotel produces local Tuscan wine which is a must try at dinner or at the pool. Staff are very helpful and make you feel at home. You can use the kitchen facility of the hotel. Location is close to Tuscany villages (Seggiano is 5 min drive, other known villages like Monalcino and Montepulciano are <1hr drive) You need a car to go there and drive around the region. Would go back again.
The staf is very kind. Beatrice pointed out where we could go to explore the Tuscan area. Once or twice a week they serve dinner. Which was delicious! The room, pool and other facilities were great. If the opportunity is there, we’ll definitely come back.

The staff was amazing, the facility behind expectations, fantastic, the view breathtaking and the breakfast speechless, all products produced locally, cheeses, cold cuts, breads, croissants etc. Not the junk corporate breakfast served back In the USA.
