The Paradise Maisonettes complex is located 90 meters from the Blue Flag beach of Paradise in Neos Marmaras in Sithonia. It consists of four (4) newly built maisonettes and distance from the center of Neos Marmaras is only 800 m.
Each maisonette – house can accommodate up to 6 people. 4 people in two bedrooms on the first floor and 2 people in the living room. All rooms are air-conditioning, free wi-fi internet connection, and satellite TV.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, a furnished sun terrace for relaxation, garden and BBQ facilities on the grill lovers. Near by you can find restaurants, market and shops.

If cancellation is effected 21 days prior to the date of arrival, deposit is refunded to the client.
If cancellation is effected after the lapse of 21 days prior to the date of arrival, deposit is not refunded to the client.
In case of cancellation during stay, client should compensate the company with the 50% of the cost for the remaining period of stay.
– To confirm reservation a 30% advance payment of the total amount is required.
– The balance amount is paid, after the visitor’s arrival.
