One of the four bedrooms is located on the ground floor and it features en-suite bathroom with washing basin, toilet and shower. The other 3 bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with washing basin, toilet and shower. There is an additional family bathroom with washing basin, toilet and bath tub. The two double bedrooms on the first floor have a balcony with panoramic sea view. The villa is fully air-conditioned. The nearest bus stop is only a 2-3 minute walk away and the buses run regularly during the summer months. Fig Tree Bay is less than 15 minutes walk and Konnos Bay is set in Cape Greco National Park a 5 minute ride away.

Fantastic owners, everything you could need in villa and spotless . Pool cleaned twice a week ( never had that in any villa before ). Ledge to sit on in pool and then deeper but a tall adult can still stand . Great for swimming and games.
Upon arrival owners met us to show us villa . Welcome pack of milk,bread, juice, wine, cereal bars........... next day fresh water melon !!!!
Great location . Beautiful cove with pure sand ( no rocks ) into clear clean water less than 5 minutes walk .
Walk into Protaras is 15 minutes, and you can do the walk either along road or beach.
Stayed in 3 villas in the same area and this is by far the cleanest and best value we have experienced. You will not be disappointed.
It was an easy, fun and lovely experience.
The house is clean, attractive, well equipped and convenient to the beach and the tourist area and facilities in Protaras.
Chrystia and Marinos were helpful, friendly welcoming and you can see how important it is to them that their guests have a great vacation.
The pool, barbecue and pizza oven are amazing !
