Totally renovated, welcoming and cheerful, Beach Villa Casablanca is a 4-bedroomed holiday home with private pool perfectly located in the area of Puerto d'Alcudia. With a wide array of shops, restaurants, bars, sandy beaches and even a lake with watersports in close proximity, this is a prfect villa for all those guests looking for a relaxing holiday without the need to rely on a car. Totally rebuilt in 2019, this villa offers unbeatable value for money in a truly sought after location.

Inside, the villa is set over one floor. Entrance is onto the welcoming lounge (with sofas, dining area, TV) with fully equipped kitchen. Full of natural light, this area is perfect for enjoying a dinner or spending time all together. There are 4 bedrooms in total, 1 double, 1 twin and 2 with 1 single bed each, for a total of 6 guests. There are 2 spacious family bathrooms with shower. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned (included in the rental price at set times, between 8pm-8am and 2pm-4pm).

Outside, the villa has nice patios perfect for sunbathing as well as abeautiful private pool for the use of the guests. The pool measures 5m x 2.35m (depth 1.4m) and is equipped with sunbeds. A spacious outdoor dining area (shaded) with barbecue is also available for the guests to enjoy. The house is located just a couple of steps away from the lake, where watersports or a nice evening walk are possible. And with so many shops as well as sandy beach nearby, there will be plenty of choice!
