La casa di Matilde is a delightful newly renovated three-room apartment enriched with every comfort and a stone's throw from the ski slopes.

The apartment boasts a total of 8 beds, a brand new super-equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and induction hob, wooden floor, a working fireplace, an exclusive garden and a private covered garage and is set in the breathtaking panorama of La Thuile, an ancient alpine village equipped with every service and very close to the border with France and only 1 hour and a half by car from Switzerland.

The house also enjoys a spectacular view of the dominant massif of the Head of the Rutor.

The apartment

The master bedroom : The large double bedroom, with a large wooden wardrobe and a full-length mirror, overlooks the private garden and is immersed in a quiet environment. Scented sheets and warm four-season duvets are available free of charge. There is no shortage of spaces and supports for storing clothes and suitcases.

The guest room : The bedroom, spacious and very bright, is furnished with two wooden bunk beds, a desk area for working or studying and a wardrobe where you can store your belongings. Scented sheets and warm four-season duvets are available free of charge for each bed. It overlooks a portion of a very quiet communal garden.

The bathroom : The bathroom is equipped with a state-of-the-art washing machine and functional shower, which will warm you with a powerful jet of water that can be adjusted to your liking at the end of a cold day on the slopes! Sanitizing gel, delicate shampoo-shower and toilet paper will be at your disposal, as well as a complete set of towels for each guest.

The living room with kitchen and fireplace : The living room, enriched by a newly installed 3 meter long kitchen equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, set of new pots, extendable table up to 2 meters, is embellished with a splendid working fireplace, with child-resistant protective glass. , which gives the house an authentic alpine atmosphere. It overlooks a breathtaking view and the private garden of the apartment, thus facilitating entry into the house, through the French window, with skis on.

The the private garden with panoramic views : The garden, which is the real added value of the house, is at the exclusive disposal of guests to organize summer lunches or make a snowman in winter, or simply to enjoy the splendid view and play with your children. In summer the sun is a constant, while in winter a white mantle covers the entire surface giving the whole context a truly fairytale atmosphere.

The the private garage : The private garage, located on the -1 floor of the building reachable by a single flight of stairs, is available to guests for the duration of their stay and is suitable for any type of car, including SUVs. The maneuvering space of the pit ramp is very large and comfortable. In addition there is also a free condominium parking in the case of a second car.

Self check-in : You will not have a deadline to check-in! From 3:00 pm onwards, guests can arrive at their leisure, even at night, because they will be given the house keys, kept in a safe inside the condominium, through a code that will be communicated on the day. of arrival.

The famous ski slope "3 Franco Berthod" (one of the 5 most difficult black slopes in Italy) passes right in front of our condominium and allows you to return with skis on your feet up to a few meters from the front door.
