Casa Vacanze Poggio Cuccule was created in a rural complex of '700, recently and finely restored, includes a main building, a beautiful Leopoldina stone, and several barns, that now are two cosy dependances.

The site is placed between the Chianti area and Valdarno, insist in the typical Tuscan rural scenario with olives trees, vineyards, oaks e chestnut trees.

Inside a fenced area of 7000 sqm (2000 sqm gardens area) is available a big swimming pool (6m x 12m) (with gazebo, tables, deck chairs, etc.) ping pong table for your relax moments and to take your mind off; the ancient ovenand the barbecue ideal for roasts and pizzas. Nearby the dependence called "Yellow house", you will find a big loggia of 50 sqm with cosy sofa and a big table to lunch, dinner and where to spend an outside night.

The building is about 1 km far away from Poggio Cuccule village, to offer our clients a full privacy and complete freedom in a country peaceful oasis.

The Holiday Home is only 7 km from Montevarchi, where is possible to find all of type of shops and all the services like train station and the VALDARNO highway A1 (Firenze 50 km/ Arezzo 30 km / Siena 45 km). It would be easy for you to reach all the famous and beautiful place of Tuscany region: the Chianti area, like Greve and Radda; the Orcia Valley, like Montalcino and Pienza; Montepulciano, Cortona, San Gimignano; etc.

Sport available in the near by zone: riding horse: 2 km. Tennis: 7 km. Golf: 45 km

Our holiday home is the perfect site for big group as we offer 3 apartments for 22 place ,with the possibility of 3 extra beds(+ 2 cradles). Groups of max.16 persons can rent just the main house and one of the depandances,and have discount(ask at the moment of the reservation). In the low and in the middle season is possible to rent the houses separately (main building 10 bed place/ dependences 6 bed place each).

Casa Padronale "Main House": (230 sqm on two floors + Colombaia)

From the loggetta with vaulted roof in Tuscan cotto, at the ground floor,you can reach the big living room with the billiard table ,and the first floor,by the stairs.

At the first floor a living room with fire place communicating with the kitchen* equipped of backing plate (4 fires), oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher-, TV/Sat, table from 16/18 persons and great fireplace. There are 5 wide rooms, of which 4 double beds (matrimonial) ones and one double, and 4 baths (shower/bide'/WC) of which two in room. In a room before the baths, washing machine and iron. The kitchen has a direct access to the garden where you find the swimming pool, barbecue and the external stairs that leads to the front garden.

Dependence "Yellow House" : (90 sqm on two floors + Loggia)

In front of the Padronale House, few meters distance, the apartment realized in one of the barns.

From the large loggia it is possible to access at kitchen, completely equipped. At the ground floor one double bedroom and a bathroom. At the first floor, other two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Dependance "Stone House"(110 sqm): 

Also near to the main house,on the right,the third apartment,realized in the old stone barn.

At the ground floor you can enter by two beautifull typically "arco"doors,and there is a large sitting room open on the view of the countryside,a kitchen with fireplace,a double bedroom,and a bathroom. At the first floor,the other two bedrooms and a bathroom.

All the apartments are finely restored with the original Tuscan material, cotto and wooden roof. Ancient furniture, with modern accessories. All the apartments have got independent kitchens and heating. Pet are allowed.

On request is possible to reserve typical Tuscan dinner.

They are free of charge fruit and vegetables of the garden. For sale: oil of olive, wine, vinsanto, grappa of own or local production.
