The holiday house Casa Juliana offers enough space for up to 4 people and consists of 2 bedrooms, one living/dining room with kitchenette, one bathroom and fly screens all around.

Through a sun/moon archway you are entering Casa Juliana. There are two entrances on two floors. It has a size of 70 sqm with a private fenced garden and terrace area (suited for dogs which do not chase cats). In the magic garden there is a little pavillion with view into the valley.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, each for 2 people and with a shower with WC. The ground floor consists of a big living-kitchen area with open chimney. In the garden you will find a swimming lake for general use with fantastic view into the valley.

Special features

On the property strength places, big crystals provide free energy flow and a relaxed atmosphere. The holiday house harmonises with Feng Shui and the Memon technology. Energy supply by solar-photovoltaic system and warm pump.

Other leisure possibilities

I offer personal Soul Voice meetings, playing with my dogs and go for a walk, meditation in the yurt, in the crystal circle, to get to know possibilities of different rituals in the Vedic tradition "Agnihotra" and in the Maya's culture "full moon ritual" and to take part in interest. And there is still a lot more to discover.

Holiday destination

On this place a picturesque scenery combines successfully with art and culture. My idyllic holiday house lies in sunny south hillside situation at 350-m height. The view goes up to Florence. Experience a piece of Toskanian art of living with 15,000 square metres of rest and 260 olive trees. The nearby Florence, 17 km, offers interesting places of interest.

The surroundings of Sienna, Pisa, Lucca, Arezzo, San Gimignano, Bologna, Volterra, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino lure with excursions to art and culture. There are different footpaths to an intensive trip in contact with the nature and the kind Toskanian way of life.

Dreamt away quiet places, off the tourist routes wait for you. Take your time!

Getting there

Exit Firenze Sud. Follow the distributor road over the Arno bridge up to the traffic light. Keep on the right and bend direction Pontassieve to Sieci.

At the traffic light turn left to Molino del piano. Cross the town and at its end turn right uphill to Doccia (3 km). Before the local sign Doccia turn left direction Fornello - Saint Brigida. Follow this street Via the Parga approx. 800 m up to the 2nd way on the left. Below the sign Via di Parga 6, take the small street to Casa le Vigne / Via di Parga 14.

Before the wooden gate turn left sharply, turn right steeply into the valley up to the next sign of Le Vigne, after approx. 100 m again right up to the gate to the aim.

Cancellation Policy
If your vacation cannot take place and you have already paid 30% down, it is possible to postpone it until the end of the following year. If you or I find other interested parties for this period, you will get the deposit back.

Das Casa Juliana ist ein kleines,typisches,sehr nett eingerichtetes Ferienhaus.Womit "klein" gemeint ist wie idyllisch es sich an die Hänge lauter Olivienhänge schmiegt.Zwei Schlafzimmer und ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes geräumiges Wohnzimmer und der großen Terasse davor lassen alle Sorgen verschwinden. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wer Ruhe sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Tipp: unbedingt die eingelegten Tomaten von Fr. Lechler probieren, Olivenöl ist ja eh klar ! Vielen Dank nochmals

Geschmackvoll und komplett ausgestattetes FH in sehr ruhiger Lage neben dem Haus der sympathischen Eigentümerin. Die letzten Kilometer zum FH stellen Anforderungen an Fahrer und Fahrzeug, WLAN und mobile Signale sind meistens nicht verfügbar, darauf hat die Eigentümerin wegen der abgeschiedenen Lage allerdings keinen Einfluß.

Gemeinsam mit 2 Freundinnen haben mein Mann und ich erholsame, fröhliche und unvergessliche Tage im Ferienhaus Juliana verbracht. Unsere Freundinnen waren schon oft hier. Wir können verstehen, dass man immer wieder hierher zu diesem magischen Ort kommt. Die Anfahrt ist zwar wirklich eine Herausforderung an den Fahrer und seinem Fahrzeug, aber man wird mit einen wunderschönen Ausblick in die Toskanische Umgebung und einem beeindruckenden Anwesen belohnt. Frau Lechler und ihre Mitarbeiter kümmerten sich sehr rührend um das Wohl der Gäste und um die Vielfalt der Bepflanzungen auf diesem Grundstück. Der idyllisch angelegte Badeteich war ideal zum Entspannen und für eine Abkühlung. Der große Tisch auf der rustikalen Terrasse war immer unser Treffpunkt für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten.

verlebten wir in der Casa Juliane der Renate Lechler. Die Tatsache, dass im Haus sowohl Radio und TV als auch kein Geschirrspüler vorhanden sind, hat zunächst einen Teil der Familie (das Kind ) gestört, letztendlich stellten wir ALLE jedoch fest: diese Tatsache ist äußerst erhol -und heilsam! Wir konnten hier, in einem äusserst zauberhaften Anwesen mit einer ausgesprochen angenehmen Vermieterin und ihren drei Hunden einen der schönsten Urlaube verleben, die wir je hatten. Wir danken dir, Renate, für eine tolle Zeit und sehen uns in 2021 wieder!

Das Haus ist schön geräumig, sehr gepflegt und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet - wir hatten sogar einen antiken Hochstuhl für unsere kleine Tochter :-) Zum Ferienhaus gehört ein eigener kleiner Garten. Auch der große Garten ist sehr liebevoll und detailreich gestaltet und es gibt viel zu entdecken: Ein Spaziergang durch die Olivenbäume, beeindruckende, riesige Kristalle, vorbei an duftenden Rosmarin und Lavendel, mehrere gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten mit toller Aussicht laden zum verweilen ein. Die drei zauberhaften Hunde haben unsere kleine Tochter gleich in ihr Rudel aufgenommen. Das nahe gelegene Örtchen Mulino del Piano ist wirklich noch ein nettes authentisches italienisches Dörfchen. Vielen Dank, liebe Renate, für eine wirklich tolle Zeit und einen wundervollen Platz, den Du hier geschaffen hast!

Wir haben eine wunderbare und sehr erholsame Woche in der Casa Juliana bei Renate und ihren drei schönen und verspielten, aber sehr zurückhaltenden Hunden verbracht. Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, traumhafter Naturpool im riesigen Garten, mit Blick in die toskanischen Hügel oder den Sternenhimmel, fernab von jeglichem Straßenlärm, großzügig versorgt mit Früchten und Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau. Insgesamt eine sehr entspannende Atmosphäre. Vom Bhf. Sieci ist Florenz bestens (und kostengünstig) in 20 Min. mit dem Zug zu erreichen. Vielen Dank, Renate, für die nützlichen Tipps und die schöne Woche.
