Casa Titty is a 45 sqm apartment with independent entrance, with living room and kitchen, double bedroom, hallway and bathroom.

The furniture is in a classic style, with the addition of some antiques (original late 19th century bedside tables). The dominant colors are shades of yellow and pastel teal.

The living room adjacent to the kitchen has a sofa, a refectory table and a TV with Digisat satellite receiver.

The kitchen is complete with appliances (fridge with freezer, stove, microwave) and dishes.

The room is equipped with a walk-in closet, a king size bed and a sommier bed 80x190 that can be used as an extra bed.

The bathroom has precious travertine finishes, with double sinks and rain shower.

In front of the entrance there is a space for exclusive use consisting of a veranda with two armchairs and a low table, and a garden with outdoor table and chairs.

Howard House

It is an apartment with independent entrance of 75 square meters, consisting of entrance with hallway, large kitchen with living room, bathroom, double bedroom and closet.

The furniture is modern and contemporary, the dominant colors are yellow red and orange.

The kitchen is equipped with appliances (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, stove, microwave) glass table 90 x 90 (180 x 90) and crockery.

The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and a shower.

The master bedroom has a king size bed that can be transformed into two single beds if necessary, and a large built-in wardrobe.

The closet easily holds your luggage.
