The space

The villa has four bedrooms each with its own private bathroom. Two double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms that can become doubles, one with private bathroom with bathtub

The beautiful garden of the villa is ideal for dinners prepared on the grill while admiring the unforgettable landscape of the Tuscan countryside. Going down a few steps you reach the private swimming pool for a dip surrounded by green fields and the silence and privacy of its hill

Inside the villa there are antique furniture such as mirrors, chairs and hand-carved cupboards, which give an elegant tone to the house, while the arched doors and tall windows let in the Tuscan sun. The living room has a fireplace and satellite television, with a billiard room next to it.

Modern comforts in the fully equipped kitchen along with a dining room with table and chairs for ten people, make the villa ideal for families and large groups

You will have access to all parts of the apartment including the private garden which will be for your exclusive use

Location

What makes this area unique is the complete immersion in the characteristic Tuscan landscape, synonymous with peace and tranquility, but at the same time close to any need and to the most important art cities of Tuscany.

A few steps from the villa, there are horse riding and tennis courts. Bellavista's location in the town of Crespina makes it an optimal base for exploring Tuscany: Pisa and its airport are just 30 km away, and Florence, Lucca and Siena are easily accessible. To the west, the Marina di Pisa beach and the Mediterranean shores are only 45 km away

Getting around

The villa is about 30 km from Pisa airport, so it can be reached in half an hour by car, following the SGC Fi-Pi-Li, towards Florence (FI), then taking the junction for Livorno and then the LAVORIA exit , you can reach the villa from there in less than 10 minutes

Wir waren überwältigt von der wunderschönen Anlage und dem umwerfenden Haus von Paolo. Die parkähnliche Anlage ist auf einem Berg gelegen und man hat in alle Richtungen eine prachtvolle Aussicht. Die Lage ist auch für Ausflüge perfekt, so dass wir schnell am Meer, in Pisa und in Florenz waren. Von Ledi wurden wir sehr warmherzig empfangen und hatten bereits eine Grundausstattung mit Milch, Gemüse, Käse, Schinken, Obst und Brot in der Küche. Das Innere des Hauses ist mit antiken Möbeln ausgestattet und trotzdem sehr komfortabel mit gemütlichen Matratzen und modernen und sehr sauberen Bädern. Die Kinder liebten den großen und sehr gepflegten Pool und haben viele Stunden darin verbracht. Wir fühlten uns wie Könige in dieser einzigartigen Woche und es fiel uns sehr sehr schwer, wieder abzureisen. Wir können es kaum erwarten wiederzukommen. Vielen Dank, Paolo!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet, schön groß mit einem Pool/ Garten und einer guten Lage (mit Auto). Durch die Lage hat man eine atemberaubende Aussicht über dieToskana, jedoch ist man trotzdem schnell in Pisa, Livorno und am Strand. Die Haushälterin ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns schon bei der Begrüßung sehr willkommen gefühlt. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Super Lage. Haus wie beschrieben. Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern top. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Alleinlage. Toller Pool. Was man wissen sollte, die Ausstattung des Hauses ist schon etwas älter.

We stayed at the villa with a group of six people and it was a blast! We had an amazing time, the whole villa is more than beautiful, you have a great view of the nature around you. The only thing, which was a bit annoying, was the wifi connection, we had our difficulties with it.. But all in all, we would definitely come back!
