The living room is spacious and bright; Dining Area for up to six seat, fireplace; Large and cosy sitting room area.
 
The kitchen is provided by an oven, gas stove, microwawe, american coffee machine, refrigerator and freezer. Bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower;  
 
Beautiful garden equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs.

Rooms

Two double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom. Both bathrooms have a shower. Blue room and red room: the furnishings are original Tuscan and will take you back in time, where everything was marked by the slow rhythm of the seasons ........

In the blue room it is possible to add a cot.

In the living room, in front of the fireplace, there is a double sofa bed.
POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY FROM JUNE 5TH TO SEPTEMBER 5TH 2022
Located in Fighine, San Casciano Dei Bagni, in the south of Siena, an area still authentic on the edge of the Val d'Orcia. The house can accommodate up to 6 people with a large private garden and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool for exclusive use. A pergola with benches and a travertine table for outdoor dining, and a large BBQ. The villa has 2 bedrooms each with a private bathroom, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a kitchen equipped with microwave and refrigerator, a washing machine. Casa is a DOG-FRIENDLY structure because its garden is completely fenced and safe. In the immediate vicinity, you can practice cycling, horse riding, and dive in the thermal waters of FONTEVERDE (partner structure).
