Our villa is a typical Tuscan country house, with an authentic atmosphere and extraordinarily friendly welcome that our family always tries to offer. A quiet place, where in addition to relaxing you can relax and enjoy the smells and flavors of typical Tuscan cuisine.

Apartments

Our apartments in Tuscany have been recently restructured with full respect for traditional Tuscan architecture. Furnished with care, they boast private bathrooms, TV, terraces and free Wi-Fi internet connection.

And in summer you can laze in the private pool in a garden equipped with sun-beds, beach umbrellas and gazebos. From the apartments there is direct access to the patio, with its view over the splendid landscape of the Arezzo Valdichiana.

Buffet Breakfast

For breakfast we prepare a very rich buffet with fruit juices, yoghurt, coffee, milk, cold cuts, cheese, eggs, white bread and various types of wholemeal, rusks, fruit salad or fruit and much more depending on the season and at the moment.

For those who have special needs, such as those to whom coeliac disease obliges them, but also for those who choose particular diets, such as vegans, we organize ourselves only need to inform us a little advance.

Swimming pool and solarium

Quietness, silence and the fantastice landscape offered by mother nature; our swimming pool is the ideal place to relax during your stay at Farmhouse.

Undisturbed, surrounded by olive and cypress trees, among the singing of the swallows, in the pool you will find at your disposal sun beds with umbrellas, tables and chairs.

Stay for dinner

Dinner is when the owner's vision really comes into its own, creating a true philosophy of convivial company whose fundamental principles can be summed up as: typical cooking, in company and in the family.

. Typical cooking because only local produce is used, from a short supply chain of homemade food.

. In company because here the pleasure of meeting people and the joy of appreciating the simplicity of sincere and genuine relationships are discovered.

Transfer Services

The farmhouse offers transfer service to and from the railway station of Cortona-Camucia / Castiglion Fiorentino. We can also organize, through third parties, the transfer service to the international airports of Rome, Florence and Pisa.

When you arrive at our structure you will have a world around you to discover. Our Tuscany has a thousand faces, choose what you want to discover: from fantastic medieval villages, to walks on the Valdichiana or along Lake Trasimeno, from the discovery of typical Tuscan dishes to tasting oil and wine.

Rosalinda's place is one of the loveliest places we have stayed in. The views around the property and the pool are really stunning. The apartment is spacious, has great air conditioning and everything you need (even a dishwasher). The pool is shared with the upstairs apartment but when we were there we had it to ourselves most of the time. To be honest there are plenty of beds, loungers and chairs around the pool so it would never be an issue. Rosalinda was quick to answer queries and questions. We BBQed in front of our apartment every evening and ate enjoying the sunset and amazing views. Visited the local town and Siena (just under an hour) but there were lots of other places we didn't make it to. Hopefully we will be back.

What a fantastic place to relax and chill. Comfortable accommodation, lovely pool and gardens. Rosalinda and family were very welcoming. Despite the heat outside (36c) the aircon was wonderful and the pool just magic. If you've got teenagers then the wifi is adequate, if a little patchy in the apartment, but great by the pool! Streamed the cricket no problem. The ambience of the place and the views are just fantastic. You'll need a car but Castiglion Fiorentino is 10 mins by car and has very good supermarkets (Gala/Conad) and Cortona and Arezzo are just 20-30 mins away and should be visited. Siena was an easy hour away and a must do. Eating out would recommend both Gallo Nero and Il Passagio in C. Fiorentino. Would like to think we'll be back someday.

The stay at Rosalinda' house was wonderful. The facilities were great. Location perfect! The view from the balcony was beautiful. The pool was a great amenity allowing us all to get our aquatic exercise every morning. Communication with Rosalinda was easy and quick. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

A beautiful spot to base yourselves. A spacious apartment with all you really need and good air con. A great pool - shared with up to 3 other properties. You do need a car - great restaurants short drive away.

An absolute idyllic location. We could not have been happier staying here. We were close to Cortona which is a must see and enjoyed using the villa as a base to explore nearby towns including a drive around the lake. The pool was beautiful and we enjoyed eating meals on the balcony. As others have said a car is a must to get to nearby towns. Rosalinda gave us excellent suggestions on where to go and where to eat, most of which we followed with great success.

Clean, comfortable property with shared access to pool and washing machine. Air conditioning was great - we arrived in the middle of a heatwave. No local shops or restaurants so stock up before you arrive.
