Description
The property is a rustic Mallorcan house for 10 people, located on the outskirts of Calonge, just 3 km from Cala D'or.

The house has terrace around the pool, lawn, covered barbecue with a bathroom. On the ground floor there is a double room with bathroom and en-suite shower, living room with satellite TV, kitchen and dining room and exit to the pool. Upstairs there are 2 double rooms and 2 with 2 single beds each share the 2 remaining bathrooms, one with shower and the other with shower and bathtub.

The space

Country house a few kilometers from beautiful beaches and leisure areas, where you can enjoy the tranquility.

Location

Calonge is a small town of very nice people, with some bars and well-known restaurant, Good Table, Thai, Sa Farinera, where you can go out to dinner and enjoy the place and its magnificent kitchen

Getting around

Right on the main road is the bike path that goes to Cala D'or where you can reach it by both bike and on foot.

Really nice, clean and beautiful house situated perfectly and quiet just outside of Cala d'Or. Check in and out were super easy and the communication with Juan was easy, and he always answered fast. We can definitely recommend the place and would love to come back.

Fantastic finca with very spacious, gated pool! Super children friendly. Needs car to explore the area but it’s close to so many nice beaches and villages.
