The "Casarena" has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious, open living area with fireplace on 80 square meters - your own little retreat: Plan the day on the terrace at breakfast in the morning, laze under the palm trees on the sun lounger in the garden at noon and then enjoy a good glass of wine in peace and quiet on the patio at the back at the twilight hour. In the evening you can cook a delicious meal in the brand new kitchen and end the day with good conversations by the fireplace. Actually, you don't even have to leave this lovingly designed place...

The residential area belongs to the municipality of Felanitx and the district of Cala Serena and is only a stone's throw away from the beautiful holiday resort of Cala d'Or. The "Casarena" is located here as one of around 50 small houses built in the Ibiza style. From house number 53 you can reach the steep coast in just a few steps, from which you have a breathtaking view of the sea. The nearest bathing bay is only approx. 400 meters away, and since the 5* Robinson Club is right next door, you can enjoy a refreshing cocktail there in summer at the small beach bar at sunset.

Terms and Conditions
Payment Policy
For each additional person we charge an additional €10/night . In addition, there are cleaning costs costs of (one-off) 120 €. On request, an intermediate cleaning is possible for an additional 50 €. The bail is 200€. Repayment is made immediately after departure, provided there are no complaints. The deposit is 40% when booking, the rest 7 days before the start of the holiday.
Cancellation Policy
100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
