Ground floor: Bright living/dining room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and access to the garden. On the same ground floor there is a double bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace and the garden.

Upper floor with another bedroom and bathroom (double bed or two single beds to choose from). Dressing room.

The garden with plants and fruit trees offers a lot of privacy and from its terrace with pergola and barbecue you can enjoy beautiful mountain views. Outside shower.

The house does not have access by car, but the public parking is within walking distance.

Fornalutx offers a wide variety of services: pharmacy, supermarket, bakery and various shops and restaurants. Fornalutx, in the middle of the Tramuntana, is ideal for those who like to walk, both experts and beginners, since countless trails that run through the mountain range pass or start there. For those who prefer the beach, there is Playa de Repic in Puerto de Sóller and Cala Deia or, a little further away, the idyllic and paradisiacal Cala Tuent or the spectacular Sa Calobra. You can also go to Sa Calobra with the "Blue Boats" that leave every day and at different times, enjoying the sea and the beautiful coast. Sóller with its famous square is just a few minutes away by car and Palma can be approached by the tourist wooden train that will leave you in the heart of the city.

The house is located on the outskirts but on foot you can reach the town square in a few minutes.
