Description
It is a cozy rustic house newly built in Mallorca decorated with modern furniture just 10 minutes from Cala D’or and 2 minutes from the beach of Cala Marsal in Porto Colom. It has stunning mountain and sea views from the entire house.

The house has two levels. On the first level you will find a living room with television and another living room next to the chimney. Behind you will find the kitchen with a large island in the middle, fully equipped and modern and in front you have a table for 8 people. You’ll also find a bathroom and a double bethroom. The ground floor is prepared for disabled.

And on the first level are the remaining 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A suite room is overlooking the pool and the sea and bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom (with 2 single beds) overlooking the pool and mountains and the third bedroom also twin with mountain views. A bathroom with bath and one with shower.

Outside you will find the pool and an outdoor shower. Also, you will find a barbecue with a table that seats 18 people with oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, barbecue and a bathroom with shower.

If you’re looking to spend a few days in Majorca, in a rustic house with all the modern conveniences and stylish brand new, Finca is your ideal home. In addition, you are close to two tourist landmarks in Mallorca, Cala D’Or and Porto Colom.
