The company has its origins from Masetti Luigi who, in the second half of the 19th century, received the lands from the Grand Duke of Lorraine, Leopold II, to begin the reclamation that led to the development of the Tuscan Maremma as we know it.

Since the 40s the Masetti family has overseen the production of fruit, vegetables and oil, with the care and passion for the land handed down from generation to generation. And with the same care and love, the Masetti family offers hospitality to those who know how to appreciate the taste of things as they once were, and make themselves available to guests to propose the itineraries and routes of a land to be seen and enjoyed, in the its charming wild character and in some areas still unspoiled.

The farm also offers guests bicycles and mountain bikes for adventure lovers, who will be able to enjoy great excitement through the spectacular nature trails that will be recommended by the hosts.

The Farmhouse near the Sea of ​​Castiglione della Pescaia, offers 8 rooms (3 singles and 5 doubles) to accommodate you during your Tuscany Sea Holidays!

Each room is furnished in a modern style with maximum functionality and rural comfort; all have a bathroom. Two of the rooms have a terrace complete with table and chairs. One of the double rooms is equipped according to the law for disabled people. All the rooms, except the apartment and the double room for the handicapped, are on the second floor and the windows overlook the orchards and crops of the company.

Single Rooms

The two large and bright single rooms are both located on the second floor of the welcoming structure. Furnished in the bucolic Tuscan Maremma style, equipped with a fridge, ceiling fans, bathroom with shower and a balcony overlooking the Diaccia Botrona Nature Reserve.

The Double Rooms

6 Double Rooms of which equipped for disabled guests. All double rooms are located on the second floor, except the one dedicated to the disabled, located on the ground floor. Some with balcony others with window overlooking the breathtaking landscapes that surround the structure. All equipped with refrigerator, ceiling fans and bathroom with shower.
