Cancellation Policy
The guest is entitled to withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the trip. The time of receipt of a written declaration of withdrawal / cancellation by the Lessor is decisive. In the event of withdrawal or cancellation, flat-rate cancellation fees are payable as follows: - up to 28 days before the start of the journey (check-in date) cancellation is free of charge - from 27 days before the start of the journey (check-in date) 50% of the rental price (without deposit) is due - from 13 days before the start of the journey (check-in date) the entire rental price (without deposit) is due In case of late arrival or early departure no rental costs will be refunded. It is recommended that the tenant take out appropriate cancellation insurance to cover the loss of cancellation fees.
