The property is a true work of art located in the south-east of the Mediterranean island of Mallorca: the highly modern property is situated in a unique position facing the sea and the beautiful picturesque harbour of Portocolom. The extensive estate directly borders the breathtaking Mediterranean coastline – and the views are simply amazing! Whether you are spending your time in the stylish and light flooded house with its huge windows or relaxing in the wonderfully landscaped gardens surrounded by tall palm trees: You can smell the ocean and literally feel the sea on your skin. And most amazingly you even have private access from the grounds directly into the water – within walking distance you will find many amenities such as bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and much more. There are also several beaches and wonderful coves close by.

In some places it seems like time just stands still, Portocolom located in the south-east of the beautiful Mediterranean Island of Mallorca is definitely one of these places. The small fishing boats neatly lined up facing the dock, the old fishermen's houses barley two or three stories high with there pastel coloured Mallorquin shutters and the tight but yet beautiful streets make you feel like you are in a different period. Strolling through the village and harbour one just cant help absorbing all of its essence and beauty, here the Summer and winter periods are experienced to the fullest however at a different pace.

Neither mas tourism nor the accumulation of large hotel chains are part of its offer, but don't get me wrong, there are still many things to enjoy here. Directly at the port one can charter from a small dinghy to a fancy and expensive yacht, jet ski and fly boards can also be rented by the hour. One of Sa Baterias best attractions is watching them all leave the port to enjoy some fun and speed out on the open sea or to spend the day in one of the many amazing nearby coves or beaches such as cala Sa Nau, Cala Mondrago and many more. For thouse looking for a real adventure the diving scholl in PortoColom could be the perfect option. The wide selection of gastronomy here will definitely not leave you famished. Restaurants like HPC, Florian, Colom or Sa Lodja with their Paellas , seafood, rice dishes, designer salads, and fresh fish and meat make up menus to enjoy and all this with the best views over the bay.

Luxurious 4 bedroom villa with dream views over the bay of Portocolom.

The villa is truly an incredible property, its privileged location is possibly one of the most beautiful on the island.

Its plot of more than 4000m2 is located in front of the sea in the largest natural harbour of Mallorca.

The house has been built with high quality materials paying attention to the smallest detail so that the house and its garden blend perfectly with its surroundings. From its gardens, with large lawns, palm trees, pine trees, pond and an incredible infinity pool, you can enjoy one of the best views one can imagine. Next to the pool you will find a shaded area with a chill-out and a Jacuzzi ideal for a drink or cocktail while enjoying a relaxed atmosphere. The living area consists of two floors, with large sliding windows from where you can enjoy the sea and the breeze in all its rooms, on the ground floor there is a living room with bar and chill area with access to the pool, two large double bedrooms with en suite bathroom, both with incredible views of the bay, we also find a small kitchen fully furnished and equipped, a toilet, an indoor heated pool of 12.5 meters long and gym.

On the first floor there is a spacious living room with two large sofas where you can relax while reading a book or watching your favourite programme on the huge 88 inch TV. In the dining room you will also find a large dining table and access to the large balcony with dining area. Next to the dining room is the main fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, next to it a complete bathroom with shower. To complete this floor there is a large master suite with double bed, bathroom with shower, large bathtub and a huge dressing room. The house has central heating, air conditioning, washing machine and dryer, Internet, televisions in all rooms, electric blinds, and much more.

Location & surroundings

Enjoy small restaurants and hotel bars here. For shopping and further living the south-eastern surroundings are ideal.

In the southeast of Majorca you will also find more beautiful bays and beaches, like for example the beach of Es Trenc near Colonia de Sant Jordi with its turquoise blue water and its fine sandy beach.

In addition, there are places like Felanitx and Santanyi, which invite you to shop. Santanyi is especially popular with German emigrants.
In Colonia de Sant Jordi it is also possible to book excursions to the
the small natural island of Cabrera.

The south-east is still typical and captivates with a flat landscape that invites hiking and cycling. The nature reserve of MondragO is particularly attractive for a visit.

The nearest golf course is Vall d'Or only 5 minutes away.
