CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in: 14:00 – 17:00. Check-in at 14:00 or later is mandatory in case there is a same day check-out from the Suite, so that Suite proper cleaning and all functionality controls are carried out. Check-out: 09:00 - 12:00. Check-out at 12:00 is necessary so that the next guest enjoys a clean and fully functional Suite at check-in. For early Check-in & late check-out option please contact us. SYRA SUITES MAX OCCUPANCY Guests exceeding the maximum occupancy of the Suites are not allowed. No extra beds are available.
CLEANING SERVICES Free Clean Linen & Towels provided every 3 days. Cleaning service is upon request and at extra charge 20,00€.
PETS Pets are not allowed.
SMOKING Smoking is not allowed in the Suites.
BIOLOGICAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT UNIT DAMAGE PREVENTION Please do not dispose cooking oil into the sink. Use the special waste container. Serious danger of biological wastewater treatment unit problem. Please do not throw any paper or any other objects into the toilet. Use the wastebasket. COMMON QUIET HOURS Please respect the common quite hours (15:00-17:30 & 23:00-07:00)
SAFETY AND ECO-FRIENDLY BEHAVIOR Please make sure you lock your Suite prior leaving it and also make sure you keep your personal belongings secure. Before you go to the beach please use the curtains so that you keep your Suite protected from direct sunlight. During your stay please keep lights, air conditioning units and other equipment off when you do not wish to use them. Please prefer natural lighting when practical. Before going to bed please ensure that indoor and outdoor lighting is switched-off and also make sure that all electronic devices and equipment are switched-off!
A client must provide full contact details and a credit or debit card details for his booking to be confirmed. No advance payment is required for a booking to be confirmed. Any booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 21 days prior to arrival. Any booking cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival is subject to a 50% charge. Non showing up results in a 100% charge of the total booking cost. These charges will incur using the card details provided when the booking was made.
