Interior

Ground floor
While entering the villa , you will feel the sense of commodiousness.
A single area of 100sqm consists of the living room, dining room ,kitchen and a w/c..
In the living room , there is a 6-8 persons sofa, a fireplace, flat screen TV , CD player and DVD player.
In the dining area ,there is a wooden dining table suitable for up to 10 persons.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge, dish washer, coffee machines, taosters, kettle and generally all the necessary cooking utensils. Moreover, there is a table with 4 chairs and a kitchen counter with 4 wooden stools.
A big round staircase will lead you to the first floor where you can find 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
First floor
On this floor , you can find 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
In the 3 bedrooms , there is a double bed , TV, A/C and a ceiling fan.
In the fourth bedroom, there are two single beds , TV, A/C, and ceiling fan.
Two of these bedrooms face the pool and the other two face the garden.
All around the floor ,there is balcony approximately 110sqm.
Exterior
The main characteristic of the exterior of the villa is the lawn and the stone paths.
At the front part of the house ,there is a fully equipped barbecue and a sitting area with a pergola suitable for 10 persons, as well as a three seated swing.
There is also an organic garden with vegetables where the guests can pick any season vegetables they wish.
Parking space is also available big enough for 3 cars.
At the back of the house , there is a 40 sqm pool with umbrellas , sunbeds and pool poufs. Moreover, there is a stone built shower and a stony sofa under a pergola for relaxing moments.
There are also swings for the children.
In the middle of the garden , there is an old plane tree , more than 100 years old. A natural small pond wells up fom its roots.
Next to the pond and underneath the canopy of the plane tree ,there is another stony round sofa for up to 10 persons.

Payment Methods We accept booking deposits via bank transfer.
Booking deposits Each villa is rented with a bank deposit of 30% of the total rent fee, and the rest 70% is paid before check in.
In case you decide to cancel your booking 60 days or more before your arrival, your deposit will be 100% refunded minus any transaction fees.
In case you decide to cancel your booking 59 days or less before your arrival, your deposit will not be refunded.
If you don't show up on your scheduled arrival date you will be charged for the total cost of your reservation.
If you decide to leave before your scheduled departure date, you will not be refunded for the remaining value of the days for which you booked.
