Overview:
A large & modern 3-bedroom apartment with communal pool garden situated in the beautiful traditional village of Qala in Gozo (Malta). It forms part of a medium sized complex in a very quite and clean street with plenty of free parking on the street. This apartment is on the back side of the complex facing a beautiful pool garden and the Gozitan countryside (including a old windmill) which guests can enjoy from the terrace and from the living room. The apartment hosts up to 8 guests + baby and comprises of a large and very equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, a very comfortable living area, 2 bathrooms, a terrace, a balcony and 3 bedrooms. The apartment is very spacious and is Ideal for families. It's located on the ground floor just one floor above the pool garden so parents can enjoy relaxing on the terrace or in the living room and watch their kids while they enjoy the pool. The apartment is very well equipped for both short and long stays. The appliances and furniture are very modern and in mint condition.

The neighborhood:
Qala is probably the best base to explore the island of Gozo. It's a medium sized village surrounded with country side and sea views and has a population of around 2,500 people. The Qala village square is considered the best square for night life and for socializing. There are at least 7 very good bars and restaurants in the centre and in the outskirts including the famous Zeppi's Bar where locals, Maltese, travelers and foreign residents get to meet each other and socialize over a drink or a coffee. Both Mgarr Harbour & Victoria are just a 7 minute drive from Qala. There are beaches such as Hondoq ir-Rummien & Dahlet Qorrot within walking distance (20 mins) and all the other beaches can be reached by car in 5 to 15 mins. max. Renting a car to explore the beauties of the island is recommended but the public transport system in Gozo is very good, cheap and efficient. There are regular direct buses to and from Mgarr Harbour and Victoria where one can switch buses to go to any other place in Gozo. The closest bus stops are just a 4 minute walk away from the apartment. The closest ATM machine is in the village of Nadur, just 4 mins drive from the apartment. There's a number of grocery shops in Qala and plenty of large supermarkets in the surrounding villages of Ghajnsielem, Mgarr and Victoria.
For those who like walking and tracking, this apartment is located in a perfect spot since there are plenty of nice walks in any direction where one can enjoy stunning sea views and country views, old traditional architecture and the peace and tranquility of a typical Gozitan village.
Guest access:
We always try to meet our guests at or before check-in. Most of the times we either meet our guests at the airport on their arrival, at their accommodation in Malta or at the apartment in Gozo or even meet for a coffee and a friendly chat. However, to make the apartment more accessible we will be installing a coded key security box with keys inside so the guests can make self check-in and check-out if we don't manage to meet them in person. Check-in time is very flexible depending on previous and upcoming bookings. Check-out is strictly at10.00am unless otherwise agreed but please do ask us for late check-outs and we will try to accomodate you free of charge. If you require wheel chair access please get in touch with us and we will discuss the options.
Interaction with guests:
Interacting with our guests is an honest pleasure for us. We are travelers so we know what our guests look for and we try to make their stay on our islands as special as possible and try to turn each stay in a memorable experience. Once a booking is confirmed we send our guests the apartment address, manual directions, photos of the street and complex facade, and a very detailed manual of the apartment so that they can get familiar with the partment and the surroundings before they even leave home.
Meanwhile, our guests are more than welcome to ask for other information about Malta and Gozo, before or after the booking is confirmed.

The prices listed on this website are for 5 guests. The rate for any guests over and above 5 is €7.00/night/person.

We were very satisfied with the apartment. It is spacious and equipped with everything you would need to enjoy a comfortable stay. We found the apartment very clean and even the common parts of the complex are maintained very well. Compared with other apartments we stayed in Gozo before we were really impressed with this one. Thanks to Neville for his assistance and his concern to ensure that everything goes well. We highly recommend Neville's apartment and will surely return in the future.
It was great family holiday for us, we spent 12 days on Gozo. This flat was very sumptuos, spacious and fully equipped. We were surprised by small details (suncream for children, lot of books about Malta and Gozo in several languages, plastic bags for garbage, electr.socket convertors, children's beds, very comfortable sofa etc.). The dryer and washing machine were the best for us :) Neville sent us flat manual - very helpful thing. We used the pool every day. Clean and huge! We can highly recommend this apartment! Thank you Neville.

Nevilles Appartement was perfect for us! Its is modern and spacious and you have a great swimming poil which is shared but it was not busy at all!
We spent 4 days in this gorgeous apartment. It's situated in a quiet neighbourhood in Qala and the apartment complex was very well kept. The apartment was super clean and very modern. Everything that one might need was provided and we could see that the host really has an eye for detail. All the appliances and furniture are new and everything was well functioning. Bedrooms were well sized and comfortable. The common pool area was beautiful with a well kept small surrounding green area - with flower pots etc. It created a beautiful relaxed Mediterranean feel. The person who met us at the apartment was really friendly and always on time both on check in and check out... he gave us a tour of the apartment when we checked in and explained everything really thoroughly as well as the ground rules. We do not have a single small complaint :) Our weekend was super relaxed and amazing! We would definitely book this apartment again on our next visit in Gozo :)

The apartment was very clean and in immaculate condition. It was very well equipped and everything was in good working order. The host was very helpful and provided us with detailed instructions and photos to help us find our way to the place and he also had information covering anything we might need during our stay. The communal pool was a great place where the children could play and we could monitor them easily while they were in the pool from the balcony which is a great place to relax since it is shady and breezy in the afternoon.
Wow! Such a beautiful apartment in a lovely complex. We were really pleased with everything about our stay. We made lots of new friends around the pool area and swapped ideas of places to go etc. Neville was always available to help. We had a truly relaxing and peaceful stay and would highly recommend it.
