These are 2 semi-detached Villas, situated in one of Cyprus healthiest climates, surrounded by natural vegetation. Exquisite mountain, valley and sea view awaits you at this very peaceful and unique village. Excellent for hikers and the adventurous type as we are close to the Akamas Peninsula, Lara turtle beach and the Akamas Gorge. Also great for book writers, bird lovers, honeymooners or just for a relaxing getaway. Night life is between 10-15min away by car, either to Polis or Coral Bay.
The space
Spacious open plan dining room/kitchen/lounge and guest toilet. With it's own verandas and entrance. Upstairs consists of 1 family bathroom, 2 bedrooms with one en suite. Both bedrooms have their own balconies. The main bedroom overlooks the pool, mountain, valley and sea views whereas the second bedroom overlooks the front yard, road and fields. Both Villas share a 9 x 4 swimming pool. Each Villa has their own BBQ, parking, flat screen TV, hairdryer, safe box, CD player, DVD and board games, cards, backgammon, chess. Extra beds on request as well as baby cots. Wireless internet plus android boxes available with many English news, movies, documentaries and programs. All the amenities you can think of are available to you.
Guest access
Guests have their own entrance and car park. Shared playground and pool area. Each Villa has their own small garden.
Interaction with guests
Once or twice due to garden and pool maintenance, or house cleaning.
The neighborhood
These semi-detached Villas are situated in a semi mountiness area on the main village road just before entering the Village. It's location is peaceful and breath taking. There are local coffee shops within walking distance. Closest restaurants are in Droushia and Kathikas. Recommended restaurants in Kathikas which is situated 5 minutes by car are Petradaki (International cuisine), The Farmyard Restaurant (Chinese and international cuisine), Arauzous Tavern (Traditional Greek cuisine)
Getting around
You need to hire a car to get around. The beaches and night life are 10-15 min away to Polis and 10- 15 min to Coral Bay. Paphos Town is 25 - 30 min away and the Paphos International Airport is 45 min away. Near by attractions. Baths of Aphrodite is approx. 25 - 30 minute drive. Avakas Gorge is approx. 30 minute drive or you can walk which will take approx. 3 - 4 hours each way. A lovely way of seeing the country side. Bicycles are available for hire.

Great location, great view, great stay...
If you desire a peaceful location with a great view and all the required amenities, this villa is definitely the place for you. Penny is a terrific host. She kindly met our needs and even more.
We will certainly come back to keep on working about the situation of Cyprus.
Very quiet,private and relaxing place
Penny is a fantastic host. The communication is great. Just enough. Not too much yet always there when you need her. She made a lovely gesture of dropping off a basket of fruit and wine - best gift ever! The house is exactly what we wanted. Quiet /remote location. Fab size bedrooms. Very clean. Kitchen was fully stocked of all types of cooking utensils. My hubby was so excited to see the σο?βλα and we had a few during our stay. The pool was great. Clean and perfect. Offering towels to guest was a great extra. We absolutely loved the place and really want to go back again. Thanks Penny. 5* all the way xxxx
Penny’s villa in Innia is a most wonderful place, as Penny herself is a warm and generous host. The country house is spacious and cosy, with all the comforts of modern life (including a wi-fi connection to the rest of the world). The well-cared garden and the swimming pool make for a valuable and eye pleasing immediate environment. And the veranda… The veranda oversees one of the greatest views in Cyprus – the Akamas peninsular and Lara Turtle Beach, where the sunset explodes into the most incredible colours. Unique! We loved the place! And we will be back!
It is a great house, we spent a fantastic week relaxing in the large living area, swimming, playing or just splashing around in the beautiful pool (shared with the adjacent house, but no worry, there is room enough for everybody) and having great dinners in the outdoor table overlooking the aforementioned pool. The living area on the ground floor is pleasantly cool even in the more scorching hours of cypriot summers, while the 1st floor bedrooms warm up during the day but cool down enough in the evening courtesy of the breeze provided by the house location close to the hilltop. Penny made us very welcome, and brought us fresh figs and pomegranates from her garden. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the pool was a bit chilly at the end of October though!

Penny is a superhost! She and her family were super friendly and made us feel so welcome! Penny came to meet us in Paphos town and drove up with us to the villa so that we would find it easily - the villa was really clean when we arrived and very spacious. We loved the view and the quiet. The villa is located on its own outside the small village of inniea and the tranquility was great. The villa was comfortable, clean and well equipped and we loved every minute of our stay. The pool was fantastic and the setting was beautiful. Thank you Penny and family!
Very comfortable with a great environment.
Very nice stay. Penny and her daughter made us feel very welcome and were very accommodating and friendly. The home was very clean and tidy, much bigger than the pictures suggested. The location is just outside the village, very quiet with nice views. The only drawback was no internet access at the home but there was internet close by at the village centre.

Absolutely wonderful villa, far from the madding crowds. It is situated above the humidity line, so feels about 10 degrees cooler than on the coast which is perfect! Penny and her family are lovely hosts and the villa was spotless when we arrived. The village of Innea is very close by (walking distance) and the slightly more touristy village of Droushia is only a five minute drive away and has a wide selection of restaurants, cafes and pubs to suit just about everyone's taste. The Akamas nature reserve is a spectacular 20 minute drive down the valley and has some of the best unspoiled beaches on the Island... Well worth a visit (take a mask and snorkel!) We enjoyed our stay there so much we are hopefully going back again in a few weeks!
We stayed in December when temperatures start to drop a bit. The house is located on a fantastic location on the Akamas heights overlooking the sea. It is in a very peaceful area and great for exploring the Akamas peninsula. Small villages are close by and Polis and Paphos are in easy driving distance. As Penny already suggested you should have a (rental) car. The house is comfortable and we had everything we needed, including heating since it was winter, and all cooking utensils required. Penny and her son made us feel very welcome. Penny brought us fruits and wine for a welcome and was always at hand for questions or help when required. I agree with some of the previous reviewers that the house and the location are nicer than some of the pictures suggest. We would definitely come back. We used the holiday for cycling and the Akamas peninsula with its lonely beaches is great for that (if you don't mind hills; and you probably need a cross bike or a mountain bike to make use of the fantastic non-tarmac roads there). We had a fantastic stay.
Das Haus von Penny liegt für Naturliebhaber super, alle Ausflugsziele auf der westlichen Seite der Insel sind sehr gut erreichbar! Es ist schön eingerichtet, hat alles was man braucht! Der Pool ist herrlich, zu dieser Jahreszeit einfach etwas kühl. Die Tipps von Penny betreffend Restaurants waren sehr hilfreich, wir haben einige super Tavernen kennengelernt. Von der Terrasse aus geniesst man einmalige Sonnenuntergänge, wunderschön!
Villa jumelle , spacieuse avec deux chambres et située sur une colline à 500 mètres d'un petit village. Très vaste vue sur la mer au loin. Cuisine bien équipée. Soirées et nuits fraîches en novembre. Voiture obligatoire. Penny répond très vite et avec précision aux questions.
