It is an accommodation in a modern, newly built row house located on a southern sunny slope overlooking Lake Lipno. The detached house is located near the forest, it has an outdoor covered terrace, a parking space and a fenced garden with a garden house, which is used for storing bicycles, prams and other sports equipment. Garden furniture and a garden barbecue are available free of charge.

On the ground floor there is a living room with a TV and a fireplace, a kitchen with a dining area, a toilet with sink and a technical space under the staircase where an electric boiler is located. On the first floor there is an entrance hall, a bathroom with a large shower, a washbasin and a toilet, a ski storage room and 2 living rooms - a bedroom with a double bed and a room with 4 beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances, ie. electric stove with ceramic hob and hood, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle and coffee maker. All necessary utensils and equipment are available.

Each room is equipped with high-quality furniture with storage compartments in cabinets and chests of drawers. There is a vacuum cleaner, mop, broom, potty, children's chair and other necessary tools in the technical room.

The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi.

The apartment is located directly in Lipno nad Vltavou, 200 meters from the reservoir Lipno. Thanks to the favorable location of this village, there will be lovers of active holiday, families with children or relaxation lovers. The possibilities of practicing in this area are really wide, all year round. Lipno can be used for all kinds of water sports (swimming, yachting, windsurfing, rafting, diving and fishing). In winter there is the possibility of ice skating on the modified ice rink. Thanks to its convenient location near the forest, mushrooming is also available.

The ski resort Kramolín is located directly in Lipno nad Vltavou and offers good conditions for skiing and snowboarding (for children or beginners there is also a ski school). On the other hand, however, in the summer, the slopes can also be used for mountain biking. The cableway leading to the Kramolin peak is part of the unique attraction of the Crown Trees, which is unique in the whole of Central Europe. Less than 50 meters from the slopes we can find the Slide Land Lipno bobsleft, especially for children. It also features a wooden playground and a pond with a sandy beach.

Other sports opportunities include cross-country skiing (more than 40 km of cross-country skiing tracks) or in-line skating (in-line trail from Lipno to Frymburk). Very popular among cyclists are local cycling trails running around Lipno on the Šumava and one of the best in the whole Czech Republic.

The village Lipno nad Vltavou itself offers full civic amenities in the form of restaurants, bars, supermarket supermarkets, pharmacies, sports equipment rental, souvenir shops and infocenters. There are also children's playgrounds incl. trampolines, sandpits and monkey tracks. We also find a multifunctional sports hall (bowling, table tennis, tennis, squash, climbing wall, badminton, golf simulator, wellness). Less than 100 meters from the accommodation there is also a grocery store and mixed goods.
