The newly built stone apartments AELIA, located in the centre of Syvota village, offer their guests 12 charming rooms. They will impress you with their stone-based traditional architecture and their highly functional and minimal decoration. In combination with the friendly and helpful staff and the carefully designed outdoor spaces, where the pools are located, your stay in the AELIA apartments will be truly magical.
A few words... We are located in the centre of the village of Syvota, giving you the opportunity to easily and comfortably enjoy strolling in the enchanting streets of the village, swimming in the blue beaches in the village and sipping wonderful cocktails overlooking the Ionian Sea.
With more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, we aimed to build a highly aesthetic space in order to provide services and relaxation to the client. The Aelia apartments will begin operation this year, in June 2015 and we are looking forward to you enjoying our services.

Aelia Apartments The luxury apartments “AELIA” are located in the centres of the enchanting seaside village of Syvota. They are ideally located even for those without a means of transport, since the central blue beaches of the village are not far from “AELIA”. Guests can also enjoy comfortable and relaxing walks in the alleys of the village, the Greek cuisine in the traditional tavernas and the nightlife in famous Syvota.
The apartments belong to the category of four keys and have been built of stone in the colours of sand and sea. They provide wonderful and luxurious facilities of rooms to rent in a family atmosphere which offers unique moments of relaxation and enjoyment. “AELIA” guarantees excellent service, cleanliness and hospitality to its guests.
We have 12 spacious and beautifully decorated rooms providing for all our guests' basic needs and also offer a delicious Greek breakfast. All rooms include a private bathroom, balcony, refrigerator, air conditioning and safe-deposit box.
The garden of the “AELIA” apartments offers the possibility for guests to sit and relax by the pool.
Double Room It features a double or twin beds, with terrace. It is spacious and equipped with hair and skin care products and all modern comforts, free Wi-Fi, satisfying even the most demanding guests.

Triple room It has one double and one single bed or three single beds. It features a terrace overlooking the pool and garden. It is specially spacious, fully equipped with all modern comforts, free Wi-Fi, satisfying even the most demanding guests.
