The client to close the room should send a deposit via bank.
This deposit will be 30% of the total price of the nights and the remaining amount will be paid at the hotel.
The account number will be given by phone after the communication of the client with the charge of reservations.
* According to the law the costumer will have to pay extra on arrival at the hotel the residence tax which is 0,50 euro every night.
In case of cancellation the customer can get the deposit back only if cancel the reservation 20 days before your arrival ..
Only in that case paid back in accordance with the policy of our hotel.
If canceled half of the amount of deposit that is sent via bank before the 20 day limit is given back to the customer.
