This villa with swimming pool (10m / 4m) and air-conditioned is on a plot of 2 Ha that people appreciate for calm.
Scheduled for 4 to 6 people, it is composed of:
a large living room with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer, microwave) a room with a bed of 140 and a bathroom a mezzanine with 2 beds of 90 and a sofa bed and a shower room a terrace with barbecue an outdoor shower Linen is provided upon request. (There is possibility to add a cot in one of the rooms on request)
For any reservation, it is asked 20% deposit on the amount of the rent. The balance is paid to the delivery of keys.
FURTHER INFORMATION You must pay a deposit equal to the amount of 20% when booking. This payment confirms your reservation. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your reservation. Your deposit is refundable up to two weeks before the scheduled date of your stay. Arrivals are at 3 pm and departures at 10 am
